Very good experience and kind service

Best ribs in town! The food was delicious and the ambience was nice with very friendly staff.
The only thing I would change is the music. Not sure what they were playing as it was inconsistent and did not match the environment.

A group of four adults and one child had a great feed with polite service.

we arrived early and got a table straightaway, all the staffs were helpful & accomodating. food was great ! top service

Portion size in Bondi seems much smaller than that of other Hurricane's restaurants I have dined in previously even the last time I ate at Bondi. Food always incredible and cooked to perfection just not enough for my liking.

The newly renovated dining room was cosy and modern. The service was outstanding, our guests and we were very well looked after. The food itself was of a good standard and came out without a long wait or too much fuss. A good experience overall

After being a long time customer (10+ years), I decided on Sunday that I would no longer recommend Hurricanes to friends. Sub-standard service, food came out at different times (10 mins difference between first meal and last meal delivered) and most importantly... The recent menu changes and price increases. Taking away key items (lamb cutlets) and jacking the price up of most items (full rack Ribs now $58, pretty sure they were under $50 prior). Not good enough. As a Bondi local, I will no longer be choosing Hurricanes as my go-to spot.

Hi. Had dinner at your Bondi Beach restaurant for Father's Day. We placed our order by about 6pm. My husband ordered the sirloin steak & rib combo. The waitress informed us that they were out of sirloin, so would replace with a rump. Funnily enough, we were charged for the rump too. How can you run out of sirloin at the start of dinner service, then expect your customers to pay more for it?

There was no record of our booking and we were placed on a table in the middle of the restaurant, not ideal with 2 children.

Full rack pork ribs is always our family’s favourite choice. Everything is so perfect. A delicious and affordable meal that fills the whole family up!

Will never go to Hurricane's Bondi again, poor service, poor overall experience would not recommend to anyone!!!

Wonderful welcome and service from Host and other staff. Best, friendliest experience at any Hurricane's. Food was also great.

Very good quality meat, our steaks were perfect!! The service was outstanding, the Shiraz impeccable.

Really enjoyed my visit here. A much better experience than my previous encounter at Darling Harbour. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They took care of us really well too. Food was great. Steak portion could have been bigger but ribs were great as usual. Would totally recommend Hurricane's Bondi. 😊👍🏻

The service was shocking. Could not communicate enough times that our friend has not received her meal. Was very disorganised. The quality of salads and steak was not great either. The only think that saved me from walking out was the ribs.
Was very disappointing and not the hurricanes I knew 10 years ago. Has lots it’s buzz..

Food is still great but the service has gone to s#!t for some reason

The meat turned cold very quickly and it was quite dry. Not value for money. Service and ambience, however was great.

Tasty steaks, ribs and burgers with some vegetarian options. Nice ambience, a bit lively but not too loud. Service was great. Would recommend for a special yet casual night out. A little pricey but worth it.

The lack of customer service was disappointing, I have been to hurricanes darling Harbour with exceptional service, they made mistakes in our orders. The waitress was more interested in flirting with the tables of only men, would never return to the bondi hurricanes again. The food was exceptional absolutely no complaints about all dishes. But can also get food at Darling Harbour with professional wait Staff.

Ribs are always outstanding, accompanying chips were a little underdone for my tastes. Service etc is always outstanding also

Interior very tired and doesn't look inviting nor clean. Wall near us un painted where a door had been removed , bricked up and rendered but left un finished. not a good look!

Chefs have no idea how to cook steaks. Three steaks ordered, 2 medium and 1 medium to well. 1 steak was served blue to rare, 1 steak was cooked rare and the other medium rare and they weren’t busy to say the just got it wrong. 2 steaks sent back they came back to us in the same way not even put back on for further cooking. Sent back again, 20 mins later they came back out, just gave up and walked out. When you are paying $50 and $55 for steaks, that shouldn’t happen. Never ever recommend Hurricane’s at Bondi Beach. Maccs drive through on the way home :(

Staff were friendly. Made sure orders were correct. We had kids and they were looked after.

Food and ambiance was amazing, tastes great - very good value.

Service was not as good as expected, especially given the great quality of the food. My family struggled to get attention of the waiters, and one of the runners forgot to ask a waitress to take our drink order. Waitresses couldn't answer simple questions about the menu such as "how approximately how many churros are there in the chocolate churros dish" or "how many and what are the flavours of ice cream you have in Trio Gelato?". Waiters should either be more familiar with the menu or the menu should be more descriptive.

Overall I would still highly recommend this place due to the food.

Myself and my partner felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant we hadn’t finished our starters and the waitress came out with our main course, then we were having our main course and the waitress came over and asked us would we like the bill which I thought very unprofessional. Overall it is a nice place and the food was beautiful but the service was not up to standards.

The steaks were definitely of less quality than our previous visit a couple of years ago. This applies to all four of our meals. Each of us had different main courses. In 2 cases the steaks were not soft and were very stringy.
Overall - we are most disappointed . The quality was far from justifying the price that was paid.
On a positive note, the service by all the staff was excellent.
Unfortunately, we would not recommend this a a steak restaurant to any of our friends.

We first sat at the outdoor table but there were too many flies which we finally had to move inside the restaurant without air con.

Great steak, crispy chips, fresh salad, lovely red wine, ice cold beer!

Only recommend to a friend on the proviso that they understood what type of food they serve and the venue. The entree of salt and petter squid and garlic/herb breads was fine as was the side salad. A member of our party is a diabetic and ordered the lamb cutlets. It would have been very useful if the menu indicated that the cutlets would be smothered in sweetened sauce. As she could not eat the cutlets I swapped with her (my very nice seafood salad) for the cutlets. The sauce was way too sweet and 50% of the cutlets fatty and tough to eat. The noise inside the restaurant was so load it was difficult to hear what anyone in our party of four were saying at times. I have been to Hurricanes before and sat outside and did not notice the noise level. The waiting staff were polite and run off their feet. Marcelleria close by is much nicer, meat is not covered in sauces and is much healthier overall.

Great meat but SO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!! The steak and ribs are yum but you end up feeling disappointing as the bill is always shockingly high
