Dinner was ok food was ok I had to ask where my entree was, so ate that with my main, asked for sweet potato fries got plain fries. Some attention to detail would have helped.

Over priced and cold - there are better rib places

We ordered the $225 seafood platter which is advertised as having the following to justify the price. Kilpatrick Rock Oysters • Lobster • Grilled King Prawns
Salt & Pepper Calamari • Mussels with White Wine
Garlic Prawns • Tempura Fish • Grilled Octopus • Scallops
Rice • Chips • Selection of Sauces. We did NOT receive ANY oysters, Tempura Fish, Chips or Salt & Pepper Calamari on the platter with no explanation. Grossly overpriced. My husband told them about this when paying the bill. The removed the cost of 1 drink as compensation. Not good enough. We were regular customers but will not ever be returning. We are happy to spend a lot of money every week for quality food and go out to eat a lot but we cannot justify spending that kind of money when we didn't recive a good deal of what was advertised. I will say though that the food we did receive was very nice as usual just extremely disappointing at what we did/ did not receive.

More waits staff is needed, shouldn’t have to wait 20 mins for our order to be taken on a quiet Wednesday night.
Every time I visits this restaurant, I have to send my steak back to the kitchen so it can be cooked correctly. As a steak house, I find it astounding your chef’s don’t know the difference between a well done steak, & a medium rare steak. Don’t be returning again in a hurry.

Service was slow was not overly crowded. Table of 7 - 5 said there meal was ok, someone had lamb ribs said the whole lot was just fat. Very overpriced can get a similar meal for less at pub bistro

Our steaks were all not cooked properly being that they were all under cooked how we asked them to be cooked. Eg I asked for a medium steak but mine came out fairly rare not medium. The short ribs were all bone, no meat so that was very disappointing. For the price we paid per meal, the quality was low. Cocktails were good but again, the price outweighs the quality over all. Disappointing considering it was for my birthday dinner. Going to Outback’s would have been a better idea.

We have dined here several times and find the service and food to be good. We especially like the burgers, although we tried a panko crumbed chili burger this time and thought it needed more chili to improve it.

The seater was lovely 5 out of 5

Waiters - they walk around trying not to make eye contact with anyone. We had to ask a manager to order and he sent a girl over. All she said was *hi guys* and stood there smiling. Not hi can i take your drinks over. Clearly not trained or doesn't care. 15% surcharge and she expects to be paid double time giving poor customer service 2 out of 5

Chefs - amazing food, the steak was awesome 5 out of 5

$52 per meal i would expect to get at last 2 sides not 50grams of chips

Our waiter was great and very attentive. The atmosphere was very nice and had a romantic feel. Food is good as always!

Staff need to be more attentive. There was hardly anyone there and we still had to wait over 50 minutes to get our food. We ordered an entrée and it came out with the main 50 minutes later. Also one of the glasses had lipstick marks on it. We had to ask several times for things. It was not a good experience at all.

Service was very poor. Waited more than 20 mins after we initially sat down for a waiter to ask if we would like a drink! It wasn’t that busy either. It would be nice to have been offered a glass of water at least. Food was nice when it finally arrived.

The steaks were great, one of our group had Prawns Villa Moura and was violently ill all night and ended up passing out. I discussed this with someone last night who, was very doubtful that is was the prawn. All this person had eaten since lunch were the prawns and that was what he was bringing up. I explained that I wasn't after any sort of compensation, simply that you should be aware, in the end I ended the call, it seemed pointless to discuss it any further.

30 minutes in after getting our meals, they tried to serve us another Wagyu Sirloin which made me question whether the previous steak served was not really a Wagyu Sirloin but another table’s order. They looked really different from each other. They got the bill wrong too and was told to just wait at the table. 20 minutes later, it still wasn’t ready. The woop woop fire alarm also went off while we were eating telling us to evacuate but the staff only told some of the patrons (not everyone, only overheard from another table) to just stay at the table and ignore the alarm. This was really concerning and confusing at the same time.

Best ribs around. Service was great, and the manager at Narellan was really friendly. Would recommend.

My partner and I were sat on our table where we waiting for half an hour for someone to come take our order and honestly felt invisible. We watched another couple be sat on their table 10 minutes after us and within 5 minutes they had a waiter come serve them, they even had drinks served to them before we did. Felt like everyone was scrambling everywhere my partner was trying to get a waiters attention, a waiter saw him while he was serving two ladies and gave him a nod as if to say I notice you and will come so we were happy and assumed he would come to us after. We waited another 10 minutes and realised he forgot about us because he never came back and saw us throughout the night so we had to find another waiter to flag down. This is embarrassing it felt like high school having to put your hand up just to be served food especially for the price you pay the service was really disappointing. Food was amazing but the service of the floor does not make me want to come back.

Great service!!. Warm and attentive without being invasive. Meals came out quickly. My favourite was the squid entree - best I've had. We opted to share the mixed ribs. It was big enough for four or five people and we only managed 25% of it. Nice spacious and quiet restaurant. Thanks for a lovely evening!

Our 200gm steaks were very small.not like they usually are also my Pork ribbs were very sweet
tasted a little different from usual.

We were very disappointed in the service this time, we were seated at 6.50pm and by 7.20pm decided to go to the bar ourselves and order our own drinks as we left feeling invisible! We then waited another 15 mins for our drinks and noticed they were ready waiting at the bar for a waiter to bring them we decided to go and pick them up ourselves at which the bar tender joked “you’re hired” to my husband! In the mean time a family of 4 had sat down a couple of tables from us and were waited on immediately so I stopped the young waitress and asked if we could please be served seeing we had been sat waiting at this point for 40 mins and how that the family she just waited on had only just sat down, she was lovely but embarrassed and apologised. The lady at the bar said there was only 2 people on the floor and that they were run off their feet! We love this restaurant and spend lots of money each time we go so yes we will return as this is the first time we have been disappointed and we always recommend it to our friends but this was our sons birthday dinner and it was a let down!

Entrees never arrived, mains came out then got taken back coz entrees hadn’t showed up when mains came out food was half cold

Been there twice in the last month, previously was worried about going,as we dined at Brighton le sands a few times the service and food was horrible, but narrellan was good service and friendly staff which I think is important, this last visit on Saturday we were served by Kevin, be was very nice replaced one of the meals that had so much garlic, he was curtious and nice .

Delicious flavours, vast menu options , generous portions, and a cocktail list to put all others to shame !
Ambience is just beautiful and the staff are always super bubbly and go above and beyond to perfect your whole dining experience.
Absolute favourite place hands down!
P.S- leave room for dessert !!!!

Not enough vegetarian options and we had the RIB platter which was way too overpriced for what we received. Lamb ribs could not be separated as bone had not been split, pork ribs had next to no meat on them, beef ribs weren't tender, too gristly. We eat a lot of ribs from multiple restaurants around Sydney and also smoke our own. These ribs were honestly the worst we have had. On a positive, the BBQ sauce was pretty good.

We have a great time. Service was excellent and food was delicious.

Beautiful place with amazing staff and delicious food and cocktails. Definitely the best restaurant around town for something special!
