Hurley's Restaurant & Bar is in the town of Yountville located in the heart of Napa Valley. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere where great food, wine and service come together. Executive Chef/owner, Bob Hurley combines fresh ingredients with a little Mediterranean flair to create a local California cuisine high in flavor. Wrought iron fencing encloses a large, heated patio for casual dining. Or relax and enjoy a drink at the lively bar that is graced by warm mahogany and amber lighting. The inside Dining Room, highlighted by a stone fireplace, is a favorite among locals and winemakers.

While the meal was quite good, it did not rise to gourmet levels. Rack of lamb ordered medium and a second order medium well. Both orders were served what I would call rare.

The lamb lacked suitable seasoning to be really good.

Food is good (the crab cakes and the boar was excellent). The wine pours are a tad light for the price, but good selections. They do not charge a corkage on the first bottle.

Hurleys always delivers a great evening with good service and great food. Our Valentine's Day dinner was really unusual, with special choices on the menu. Hurleys is a good value and a local hang-out for Napa Valley wine and food people.

As always we had a very good dinner. However, this night was an unannounced Mardi Gras meal that we did not anticipate and would have probably not eaten threre, even though the food was great, if we had know this. We were just looking for the regular menu.

Mardi Gras dinner is for the locals who go every year so outsiders should go another night to truly experience the greatness of Bob and his team.

We celebrated Mardi Gras with Bob Hurley and Karen Crouse who helped Bob put on this authentic cajun meal. Needless to say the meal and ambiance were great. Our server also needs to be complimented, he makes you feel special and thats what hospitality is about. We are locals and eat at Hurleys often, he is the best and we would highly recommend his wondeful restaurant.

Hurley's never disappoints. The food is always great. Service is even better. We had the bee's knee cocktail, just yummm! We brought wine, wine not! They don't charge a corkage on the first bottle! We had the steak, short ribs, wild boar and scallops. Everyone enjoyed their entrees.

The menu is quite varied so everyone should be able to find something they would like to order. There is a large amount of outdoor seating available but it was too cold and windy to sit outdoors the day I was there. There is warm and quiet seating in the back area of the restaurant. The food was delicious, the cocktails perfect, and we were able to carry on a conversation without shouting at each other, and they take reservations. (some restaurants in the Napa Valley area don't!)

We decided to celebrate our anniversary here and were so pleased with the experience. We got to sit by the beautiful fireplace and the service was exceptional and detailed. We had the Prix Fixe menu and were very satisfied with the flavor and overall taste quality

The staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. Bread and water appeared as soon as they were requested. The food was delicious, as usual. Just a wonderful dining experience.

By far, the best thing about Hurley's was the service. We two astonishingly good people waiting on us, and they went far beyond the usual level of service in taking care of us.

The food wasn't as good as the service. The Moroccan Tagine was not good (items within were not cooked correctly), and the maple chicken--while good--could have been much better with more attention to the crust. On the other hand, the banana cream pie for dessert was very good.

All in all, an enjoyable experience because of the service!

Great location for Oakland and Sacramento gals to meet. We both chose the Vintners Menu (both choosing the Oakwood Grilled Pork Tenderloin). It was all tasty and reasonably priced. We did share one Course THREE: Creme Brulee Trio. Sat by the window and watched people pass by, quiet enough to talk and catch-up with each other. From the bread selections through dessert, all thumbs-UP.

Service was perfect. Bartender makes the perfect Manhattan. Roast chicken with fingerling potatoes was great -- very tasty but a bit salty (which is fine for me). Starter of goat cheese & panchetta tart was wonderful -- we joked with server saying "cancel our entrees and bring us two more tarts."

We went in January and the restaurant was not full...and it was extremely cold in the restaurant. We told our waitress we were cold. She smiled and said she would tell "someone" but it remained cold. My date asked if the heat could be turned up. The manager came over to the table after walking over and turning up the heat( or so it appeared). She said she hoped that would help. It remained cold. I went to the restroom- icy. My date asked while I was in the restroom if we could be moved to a different table that might be warmer. We were moved to a table directly under the thermostat. When I returned from the restroom I checked the temp...it was set at 64 degrees. We would not go back in January. The food was good but we were too cold to enjoy it.

This is our go to place in Yountville. Always incredible food and the wait staff are always helpful, informed and go a step further.
You can never go wrong with the wild boar by the way.

We celebrated New Years Eve, December 2017 at Hurleys because they consistently provide wonderfully prepared meals and great service. They had a beautiful 4 course menu for NYE with just enough choices that pleased our party of 6. I had a salad, scallops, Osso Buco and baked Alaska. Each dish was perfectly cooked and tasty. We like bringing our own special wines and they were very accommodating to our special occasion of 6 bottles. Our servers were also delightful and helped us enjoy a very festive evening.

Little-know gem of a restaurant in Yountville.

Chef Bob Hurley believed and accomplished success with farm to table long before it was a trend. Equally creative as Chez Pannise without the drama and for that matter the traffic, congestion, and crime of Berkeley.

Safe to wander everywhere in Yountville after your delicious meal. Park 10 feet from the entrance for free.

The Pear Confite was amazing as was everything during the meal.

The server was amazingly attentive without being obtrusive.

The staff seemed to work together as a team that genuinely wanted us to have a memorable experience.

We live in the area and there are many wonderful restaurants but Hurleys is our first choice. Bob Hurley always makes a sincere effort to welcome us and his style is passed on to his staff. The service as always was excellent and the food was great.

Really great experience! I've been wanting to go for awhile. Gin drink with cucumbers wasn't very good at all . It just tasted like gin and water. But everything else was great. Loved the noodles, shortrib, and banana cream pie.i work in Yountville so I would definitely go back
