Hurley's Restaurant and Bar Ratings and Reviews
Really great experience! I've been wanting to go for awhile. Gin drink with cucumbers wasn't very good at all . It just tasted like gin and water. But everything else was great. Loved the noodles, shortrib, and banana cream pie.i work in Yountville so I would definitely go back
Read other reviews and were so excited to have lunch at Hurley's. The staff was friendly and attentive~ almost to a fault, but we felt very welcomed. Our first course, the Butternut Squash soup was absolutely delicious. Had we known what was to come, we would have stopped there.
I ordered the crab cakes and was so disappointed: Deep fried discs of mostly breading and so overly spicy that if there was any crab meat, it was horribly over powered. Recently had lump meat crab cakes at One Market in SF- no fillers- outstanding.
My sister ordered the mussels, took one taste and sent it back. Decided to try the calamari and...another deep fried, overly spicy dish. We traded tastes back and forth and we both agreed my crab cakes and her calamari were virtually indistinguishable from each other!
Will not be going back...
This is a great place to eat! My wife and I discovered Hurley’s a few years ago while visiting Napa Valley, and we always make sure to dine there when in town. The food, service and ambiance are fantastic. Compared to other restaurant options in the valley, I feel Hurley’s menu (including their great wine selection) is reasonably priced and at a value. During this visit, Carter served us and we could not have asked for a better experience. He is absolutely terrific! Carter is extremely personable and attentive, and we are looking forward to seeing him during our next visit to Hurley’s.
This was my third trip to Hurley's. I not easily impressed and I have been at all three visits. Hurley's has become my go to spot in the Sonoma area. The food is fresh and the service is excellent. I have gotten the scallops twice and they are consistently good. I highly recommend Hurley's
Service was wonderful and food was very good, though a touch bland and under-seasoned for a restaurant of this level. Everyone was asking to pass the salt shaker. Desserts were delicious and wine selections were - as you'd expect - excellent and well-priced. The ambiance is lovely inside and although we didn't eat outside we could see that the patio area was dappled with shade and set on a lovely corner of Yountville.
