We are offering a tasting menu consisting of 12 courses and made with the freshest ingredients from day to day.

Our cuisine is based on the interpretation of the Mayan culture, starting from something real; using modernity and tradition as tools, as well as the unique ingredients that we have in the region.

Giving a sensation of a Yucatan up to date both in flavor, space and land. A kitchen whose main concept is dynamism and interaction without barriers, without rules, where they frequently worked with producers from the peninsula.

La experiencia en general fue buena y realmente la disfrutamos mucho. Sin embargo, me quedé en la espera del detalle de cumpleaños que mencioné tanto en la reserva por OpenTable como en la llamada de confirmación que me hicieron ya que lo recalcaron. Éramos los únicos clientes ese día, no hice ningún comentario en el lugar, ya que me indicaron por Instagram que siempre es una “sorpresa.” Elegimos su restaurante especialmente para esta celebración. 🥲

Fabulous experience- the food was stunning, the service was fantastic - every dish explained and described. The chef even came over to greet us and explain his menu. We’d originally booked for an evening meal on another day but because of changes to our travel schedule we moved it to a daytime meal. The restaurant had noticed this and the chef chose to still cook a special dessert for us with a surprise! Sooo thoughtful and attentive!! You can feel the love for the food and culinary experience and how much they want you to enjoy this. We loved it!!

In overall was a good experience. Nice restaurante, good ambience. Higher expectations on food. The deer meat was a bit tough and stringy.

An outstanding dining experience with interesting courses and an amazing wine pairing. The service was very professional yet friendly and welcoming. A unique dinner experience with local ingredients from the Yucatán that shouldn’t be missed if your in Merida.
