Service was great but the food was mediocre
Awesome food. Drinks were heavenly. Really had a nice evening
Ok, but seemed dirty and service was slow and distracted.
Had a reservation for 4 days; when the day arrived for our celebration, we were turned away because of a gas problem. Think since I had a reservation, I could have been notified that we were not open.
They were closed on New Year’s Eve at 7pm! I even called two days before to make sure my reservation was in their system and they said not to worry!! Arrived with my date and looked like a fool.
I am always very satisfied.
One of my favorite places to eat.
Will always be on the top of my list.
Service is also great!
Awesome start to a Saturday morning.
Great food and lots of fun! I had one of the best steak salads ever!
Our server was great.......very attentive, cheerful and friendly. Table full of appetizers was delicious and the craft beer hit the spot on a hot day.
My wife and I were in town for a visit and came in to eat. There weren't a lot of people in the place so there were a lot of waiters standing around our table laughing and cutting up with each other rather than working. We ordered our meal and our waitress didn't ask us if we wanted a salad with our meal. So I had to call her back over and ask her to add a salad to my meal. The food wasn't bad but we didn't have our drinks refilled. When the bill came I noticed that I was charged $5.00 for a side salad. I knew that it was only supposed to be $2.99 so I asked our waitress and she said, well it was because I ordered the salad after she left the table. She went to ask her manager who appeared to agree that it needed to be reduced, but when I got the bill back it was higher than it was originally. He said well your waitress forgot to charge you for your Tea so I added it to the bill. I was floored to say the least and it was almost comical that he was that unprofessional. I will NEVER return to your business and I will go out of my way to be sure that none of my friends or business associates do not give you any business.
It was very busy because most of the people there there to ride the shuttle to the Ranger game. Service was a good as to be expected under the circumstances.
I was sent a text that my table was ready and we already had place our food order,
drinks.... so I think there must have been a slip somewhere.
In town visiting and was in search of a local place to enjoy a lovely salad. Our waitress Taylor was very light bubbly and most importantly pretty attentive to our table.
I ordered the Humperdinks Steak, which I thoroughly enjoyed. They prepared my steak correctly to medium and all kinds of tender. My friend, who's a diabetic, ordered the Apple salad and thought the salad was amazing with the raspberry vinagerrette but you might want them to go a tad easy on the dressing because it is on the sweet side and they could've gone just a tad bit easier on the amount of dressing that they mixed into the salad.
Mojito was fine, frozen deink was not very good. Hot wings were good. Good enough just to go out for sone quick food and a beer maybe.
Ate here with a group, including kids, before a rangers game. Good food and service.
Came from out of town to go to the baseball game. We always eat here and usually it's very good. Unfortunately, things have changed since our last visit. The menu seemed to have gotten smaller and there was less to choose from. The waitstaff has also changed and not for the better. They were forgetful, slow and had an uncaring attitude. Also, the whole restaurant smelled like fish. We will not be returning.
Say at the bar and service was very slow.
Why such a poor rating? Because Open Table or Humperdinks allowed us to make a 9:45AM reservation; the problem was, they do not open until 11AM...and it was Mother's Day. Note sure who is at fault, but you would think when the restaurant saw a 9:45AM reservation in the book they would have called us and let us know they do not open until 11AM. That's poor management and lack of concern for the guest in my book.
One of our guest had a bug in her food. You would have thought we would have gotten food free but only a discount.
Our first time trying this place. Went here for my best friend's 30th birthday before an evening Ranger's game. It was full but we were seated right away. (Table of 4.) It took a while to get the first order, but after that drinks and food came out at a decent rate, considering how packed they were. Prices were very reasonable. Only had loaded cheese fries as food, and they were good. Shuttle to the Rangers was way easier than parking, and quick! Will definitely be back!
I met my date there we had dinner the atmosphere was great our server was awesome the value was good the parking shuttle to the Ballgame was fabulous all around A great experience would recommend this place to anybody
Good food, good service, friendly folk, shuttle to and from game was good also. $5 per person...couldn't beat it
Good food at reasonable prices. Nothing especially noteworthy about food. Service was slow and inattentive. Reminds me of a Friday's or Chilis.
Atmosphere was friendly! Waitress was not familiar with the menu, she said she was new employee. However, she was attentive and nice. Steak and eggs dish was delicious. My wife's greek chicken salad chicken was too spicy and too much dressing. Overall, I rated it good choice, 4 out of 5!
Great food and service. Comfortable seating. Great variety on the menu.
The only let down was the chicken and macaroni and cheese. The chicken was dry and overcooked and the mac & cheese was not creamy. And for $14 it should've been much better.
We had a group of 14 people in a business meeting and we had a private room. It was away from the music and reasonably comfortable. The manager and serving team did a phenomenal job.
I made a reservation through open table and despite receiving an email confirmation, I was told that the restaurant never received my reservation. Once I showed the email to the hostess, I was told that Humperdinks does not use open table and that the reservation would have needed to be made via phone or in person. Humperdink's website has a reservation link that sends you to open table. If the restaurant would remove this option then this mistake can be avoided, in the future.
I reserved a table for 20 for our monthly birthday water aerobics luncheon. It was great and the staff and manager were awesome and very friendly.
Greasy spoon food, waitress did not want to be there. Bad food, disinterested waitress. Such a shame to see it dilapidated into this.
Front desk staff manager was Kitchen bills not anyone's for several despite several seeing and so finally left
It may have just been the wrong time of day (before a Rangers Game) but considering we werent a larger group like those surrounding us, we werent a priority. Burger was wrong three times, service was terrible.
Someone dropped the ball at Open Table. Humperdinks had no record of the reservation. Luckily, we arrived early enough to get a table before the Rangers game.
Sam was a wonderful waitress, very helpful with the menus, courteous, and fast with her service. Please let her know she is appreciated!
Our annual family get-together before a Ranger game with ipa brews, special drinks and
appetizers. Coty served us very well and we will be back.
Food was not good at all, seemed old, hard
Service was terrible, they weren't very busy but our waiter had a lot of tables
1st time there, I will go back because I really like how the place is set up and I think you should always give two chances
Food is mediocre. Bread pudding is good.
Nice friendly sports bar. Very excited Cotton Bowl crowd.
Host seemed surprised we had a resevation..but it wasn't busy at all, so we sat in the bar area. Wait staff was great.always nearby and helpful. Food was good, not great. Fries were a little softer than we expected. But burger was excellent.
Made a reservation but, when we got there they said we didn't have one. Luckily it wasn't busy but you would have thought it was with the lack of service.
