   Generous portions but food was mediocre. The staff was not friendly and very slow. We ate at 10 restaurants while vacationing in Maui and this was by far our worst dining experience.

   Our dinner was disappointing and underwhelming - the service, the food, and overall experience was sub-par at best. The server wasn’t warm and frankly seemed annoyed. We tried to mention a dietary intolerance but she cut off the conversation. My daughter ordered the kids short rib - the meat was under seasoned and did not have a sauce, thus was dry. I was excited to order the butterfish but the server explained it was actually cod - hmm. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant - it was expensive and totally underwhelming. There are far better options nearby.

   Katie, our server was very exceptional. pleasurable to talk to, always engaging,great smile, she made our evening. one small note, gal who walked us to our table, needs to smile and say something, not one word, not a good start to our dinner evening. Otherwise, the bus help young ladies very friendly too

   The booth we were sat at was very uncomfortable and the fans were running so high that we were freezing. The food was good we had the fresh catch. Hostess was very rude. Waiter was nice guy and he provided good service. Overall there are better places in Maui to dine for dinner.

    It was very loud - hard to hold a conversation . I ordered a salad with the fish of the day. It was mediocre at its best. We travelled an hour from the other side if the island because i had read good reviews and was very disappointed. Felt like a busy hotel restaurant.

    What an awesome meal. The wine selection was great. Appetizers and mains were delicious. Great service from the free valet to therestaurant sever. Great options for kids. Perfect.

    Went for anniversary dinner. Had a nice sunset view. Edamame to start versus bread was a nice change. A good variety of starter and entree options. Nice drinks and the bar tender made a good mai tai. Desserts were the right size and not too sweet. Was able to valet park and have our voucher validated too. Nice location in Wailea. Would definitely be back for any other occasion.

    Ordered drinks, appetizers, and dinner. Mahi mahi spiced, grill and Mahi Mahi potato crusted. Fish was excellent and textures and flavors with accompanying food was amazing! Compliments to the chef!

    Amazing food. Fantastic service. We had such a good waiter who offered recommendations that were the best. One of the best waiters we have had in a long time -Terry was his name I highly recommend this spot

    The food is really not good at all. I don’t mind high prices, but I do mind bad food. We had the potato crusted fish, the seared ahi, and the butterfish. The seared ahi wasn’t very fresh and was very raw and stringy- not a quality cut at all. The butterfish was very fishy tasting and practically inedible. The best thing on the plate of the potato crusted fish was the side couscous. I live on island and will NOT eat here again.

    Food poorly prepared, but very attentive server noticed our unhappiness and made things right. Previous visit service had been very slow, better this time. Very slim dessert menu. Roy needs to bring this up to his previous standards.

    The food was incredible. As always perfectly prepared and a wonderful blend of flavors. The appetizer (Brussels and Cauliflower) is a must. Our service was top notch too. Whenever we’re on Maui we have to stop by!

    Our last night in Wailea and unfortunately picked a terrible place. Kitchen was so bad that we never got our order and it wasn’t until we asked our waitress if our meal was being prepared (and it wasn’t) that we decided to leave as our waitress said the kitchen was dysfunctional…hmmmm. Never ever been to a place so badly run…and it wasn’t even busy.

    Our entrees were cold then sent back to the kitchen not to be remade mind you but warmed up. Back they came tepid at best Upscale chain. They comped the entrees. The server was great. But no excuse for bad food at premium prices

    We have been to this restaurant and its predecessors about 50 times over the years. We love it dearly. Everything about this restaurant is the definition of "outstanding." It's as simple as that.
