   We really enjoyed our time at Hull Minster. The food was lovely and a really nice atmosphere. The staff were really nice and looked after us offering us more tea and bags to take our leftover cakes home in.

   Our visit to Hull minster was very enjoyable. The Sistene chapel exhibition was beautiful, but we felt it could have been displayed a little better. We treat ourselves to a cream tea afterwards in the cafe and we can only say that it was excellent and the service was lovely. While there we whitnessed a very unfortunate accident when a lady tripped on the uneven stones on the floor. The staff who attended her and called for paramedics were brilliant and dealt with the situation and the lady with much compassion and professionalism with the 'first aider putting a bandage on her bleeding head until the ambulance came. A lovely afternoon most of the time! We will most definitely return. Thank you.

   So much food, we both left with doggy bags! The service was excellent, with extra coffee and hot water for my tea offered when the waitress first brought out the pots. The two staff there were really welcoming and accommodating, but not intrusive. The food was fresh and tasty and was served on really nice traditional china. The minster is an amazing building and sitting in the cafe area is lovely and relaxing. Will definitely go again and would recommend it for a chilled out afternoon tea or just a quick cuppa.
