   Waited over 40 mins to be asked if we wanted drinks - to be fair the waitress prob assumed we wanted to wait for the third person. Also felt bad for her as everything required her to go down the stairs to get. Having said that- had to ask for utensils to stir the coffee, never came back to ask us if we wanted drink refills, and we were asking for basic things but we had to ask for everything as nothing was assumed. I ordered the pancakes with Raspberries on the side- and they were the driest pancakes and every few bites was a big hit of salt, as clearly the batter wasn’t mixed well. Overall a disappointment and would not go back.

   Hi Kayla Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review, I am sorry that you did not enjoy the food we would have not charged you for it had I known at the time. Admittedly this was a bad day for us unfortunately in the 20+ years I have experienced a few days where everything that could go wrong does, we learn what we can and change what we can for the next service. With that in mind I have spoken to the staff and reiterated the importance of checking in with customers even when they are waiting for guests to make sure that their experience is a good one, refresher training is also being scheduled If you would be willing to give us a second chance I would love to show you what we can do.
