   Food is very over-priced and not particularly good, the menus is unoriginal. Most people just seemed to be ordering a full Irish. Service is so-so. The room is pleasant but marred by loud music coming from the department store just beyond the restaurant entrance. When this was mentioned to staff attitude was "there's nothing I can do about it."

   Delicious food, friendly staff and quick service. I eat here quite a bit and always leave a happy customer. Will be coming back next week for my daughters 30th, as she loves the food and ambiance.

   Very poor menu choice. Why did they change the menu!! No light bite such as a crab sandwich. Chicken salad was awful. Bad flavours. Inedible. Was so disappointed as always liked the food there. Service was super.

   Had lunch the two days we were in Dublin. Todays was worse than yesterday. Staff were really lovely but the service and food was a poor standard and not worth the money. Its a real shame as its a lovely place to sit and relax after shopping.

   Everybody has been really nice, the place looks lovely, the food was ok, I wasn’t expecting frozen chips in a such a nice place; unfortunately I had to give a low rate due to a member of the staff wearing his mask under his chin. He was behinde the bar counter, preparing drinks, constantly touching his mask on/off his chin; while everybody else on the shop floor were wearing one. There also was another guy that went into the kitchen without any wask at all, he stayed behinde the door chatting at his phone while waiters were in/out bringing food (basically he was breathing on the food); few times a waiter made the gesture to put on his mask but he didn’t. I am not sure who he was, a manager, a technician, not sure, but he was not a waiter. After two years of Covid, we all should know better; masks are still mandatory indoor!

   Overall the food was poor for the price. I had an average Caesar salad and my friend had a butternut squash dish which seemed to consist of just roasted squash. The service was inconsistent. The restaurant itself is a lovely place to sit and relax and the staff are really friendly but the quality of the food we had is overpriced.

   Me and my children have been in this restaurant often and it’s our go out lunch day. It’s amazing service by all staff and once greeted by one of the boss lady herself. There is no where but this restaurant, we want to make this our family restaurant

    The fish and chips were the best I’ve ever had! Fish was so fresh and delicate. Service impeccable! We had a lovely time. Thank you!
