   Everything about it was perfect. This was my 4th visit and it gets better every time. The service, food, ambiance and drinks set a high bar the very few other restaurants come close to achieving.

   I was a little nervous about Hueso; it just seemed a little too "mad scientist." But as soon as I arrived, service was warm, inviting, and caring (they dutifully warned me I was ordering WAY too much food, which is how I roll my first time at a place). The tasting menu looked fabulous (I was seated at the end of the upper tier, looking down on diners who were having it), but after a quick menu perusal, I decided on the shrimp and the short rib. The former, with a tasty chilemole, was incredibly delicious, and the latter was probably the best meat dish I've EVER had (really). It is a MUST do in G-jara! The seating deal didn't bother me at all; let's all meet, share food and have fun!

   Es rico pero no wow, las porciones de las entradas son muy poco para el precio, entiendo que tienen procesos más elaborados pero deberían restructurar esa parte

    Omar and another server made our experience wonderful. They were well informed on the menu, and I liked how they designed both the food and cocktail menu. The dishes were interesting and flavorful. The restaurant is beautiful and I like the family style seating.
