   Had brunch there yesterday. Ordered Eggs Benedict. The Hollandaise had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The potatoes had been sitting for awhile. Never going back!

   As always everything was perfect. They are happy to make any adjustments you want with sides and such. The 8oz filet was cooked absolutely perfect and the service was top notch. I love this place.

   Went to Happy Hour..reasonably priced, but still was $30 for 2 salads, Hummus/Bread, and one beer...but that's about the minimum HH price for 2 nowadays. Hummus/Bread was terrific. Caesar salads were OK, tasted a bit "dusty" and dry. Outdoor seating patio is essentially the lobby entrance area, was nice but a bit windy. Service was great, very nice, and food came quickly.

   Ordered House Specialty Corned Beef Hash (less meat, lot of potatoes and veggies) and Meatloaf (dry without its sauce which I chose not to use). Wud not order these items again. Very quiet due to weekday; thus Servers were attentive. Unless seeking ambiance; will not recommend nor visit again.

   We were able to treat my wife to a lovely Mother's Day dinner with truly amazing food and drink in a very attractive "lodge" setting. Our server was like an instant friend who was immediately familiar in a very positive way. We have a new place for special celebrations.

   None of the dishes were labeled. We have food allergies and had difficulty finding out what was in the different dishes. Also, we do not like spicy food, but had to guess, as nothing was labeled. Very disappointing. We found the food for the buffet to be under seasoned with salt, and dried out. The prime rib was tough, fish was very dry and tasteless. Bread pudding did not have vanilla sauce available. I did ask our server and she did bring some vanilla sauce but it took so long that my pudding was cold. They started clearing about 20 minutes after we arrived and moved the desserts to the ballroom at the very end of the hall, which was very inconvenient. Our reservation said Buffett from 2:45 to 4:15. We had about 30 minutes before food started disappearing. Not as advertised and not what we have come to expect from Hudson’s. We will not return for a Buffett at Hudson’s and I would not recommend Hudson’s Buffett to anyone in the future. We spent right at $250 and this food was definitely not worth the money.

   Not what I expected, my mother and I got one plate. I don’t think it was worth $60 each, especially since I’m gluten and dairy free so my options were already limited. We sat upstairs and people were walking by cleaning rooms, I could see inside the cleaning closet and music playing on a JBLM speaker right on the stair banister, at least try to hide it.

    The service was ridiculous. It took forever for her to come over, greet us, and take our drink order. She checked on us once or twice and was fine with that. We had to ask our check and after 20 minutes of waiting for her to take our card and watch her avoid us and dodge our glances we had to flag down another server and ask them to take our card. The food all had a weird seasoning and wasn't great. The salmon was dry and everything else had a weird flavor. Absolutely not worth the $70/per person price tag.

    The Mother’s Day brunch had a good variety of food and my mom enjoyed it. However I think it’s a bit pricey per person. I think maybe included mimosas would make it better. And also more vegan options. They had potatoes and fruit, but maybe some vegan pancakes or egg scramble would have completed it. The veggies were cooked in way too much oil.

    I've had meals at Hudson's before, and it was always delicious. Went for Mother's Day Brunch and was disappointed in the buffet, our food was cold. We ate in one of the conference rooms, which took away from the ambiance of usual dining. Staff was rushing around, and it was difficult to get the attention of a server. When we finally did, it took way too long for our requests to be fulfilled. At $60 per person, I would have expected more. I'll definitely pay the additional $50 to go to Salty's next year. Reccomending for normal meals, but not Mother's day brunch.

    The beet salad and fiocchi were really good and my husband gave the chicken oscar a 10 out of 10. The bread pudding was yummy as well. Staff was all polite and friendly.

    Food and service was spectacular! Husband had the meatloaf, I had the fiocchi pasta.. amazing! Carrot cake and crème brûlée for dessert.. wonderful. Nice environment.

    This is in a busy conference area, so I very surprised that I would need a weeknight 7pm reservation for three, I made it anyway and was glad I did. The chef salmon special was amazing, and a number of other dishes we ordered were very good. The servers were very busy but everything was timed well. We were not in a hurry so waiting for a few dishes to be served or our bill wasn't a big thing for us. If you are staying here, I would recommend.

    We came in for the Easter buffet. We had reservations for 3:30. The buffet food started being removed at 4:00. There should not be a time slot for reservations a half hour before the buffet closes. At the price of $60 a plate, we should have had plenty of time to enjoy our food and the company of each other. Our waitress was wonderful!

    The food was very good. Our server was friendly and helpful, but the wait was very long. To get seated with our reservation took over 5 minutes as the person was on the phone and did not acknowledge us. I asked another employee to help us, and she stated " I don't work in there."

    Made online reservation that were available times- got to the restaurant and the first thing they said is we need to get you to order in the next 5 minutes because we close at 2pm. It was a special occasion and for a large group- how disappointing to be treated that way. Why leave available times on your open reservations if you don’t want to service anyone. We all felt like the second we arrived we were not welcomed! I will never eat here again! Half the food for our group was cold and couldn’t even get service for drink refills as well as server not bringing beverages we ordered.

    The service and food at Hudson't Bar & Grill at The Heathman Lodge in Vancouver, WA is consistently good. It's a nice place to meet friends and family when we're in the area. The people are always accommodating and courteous.
