   Good took awhile. Cioppino was not hot enough temperature wise. Wagyu steak special meat was good but the plating needed more mashed potatoes and accompanying vegetable needed to be part of verbal description to our table. Things (service and food) has been hit or miss during last 3 visits.

   Very expensive for what we got. And they added a $3 charge for using a credit card, though we split the bill and we paid cash for our part, so should not have had to pay the $3 charge on at least our portion. The food was very good, though part of my rib eye was mostly gristle. House wine very expensive and only one choice for red wine by the glass.

   Had the wagyu steak and filet. Plus some cocktails and a pour of Wellers. The food was well prepared and tasty. The cocktails were exciting.

   Hudson's has always been a favorite and we were not disappointed. The buffet was perfectly fresh and the hot items were hot, the cold items were kept cold. The omelets were made to perfection and the blintzes were wonderful. There was nothing we could have asked for that we did not find. Our server was delightful and very attentive. The mimosas were in full sized wine glasses - not the narrow flutes you normally expect. Nice.

   After a long drive, and our grandchilds birthday party we were beat and needed to eat. Great food and drinks. The service was amazing! I apologize, I do not recall our servers name. But she was amazing and patient. Appetizers, meals, drinks and dessert- recommend! Thank you Hudson's Bar & Grill for a well needed evening.

   Excellent server. Good was nicely prepared and presented. Steak not the best quality, imo.

   Yvette is the main reason that I’m now a customer at the Heathman. She always knows how I like my food and ice tea. The food is consistently good but I do wish that they had a weekly special and another choice of soup!

    Food was good as always and great ambiance. Our Server Kale did a great job making us feel welcomed and there if we needed anything!
