   This place never disappoints. The owners are hands on and present, the staff is professional and friendly and the food is excellent. The bar is always busy and Tony the mixologist is able to make what you desire.

   It wasn’t a busy night even though it was Friday, so it was pleasant. Had a great time with our server uncle Frankie! He made sure we ordered the right dishes for a sumptuous dining experience. He overheard we were celebrating a birthday so he got the staff to sing happy birthday during our dessert time! Overall it was pricey but worth it!

   Everything was wonder from drinks to dessert. My only complaint is the prices extremely expensive but we knew that before making reservations. I find it outrageous to charge $45.00 or more for a piece of meat/fish on an plate and 12$ for side of potatoes and 12,00 for a vegetable. We ordered a side of mushrooms caps 12,00 and I think there were 10 caps on the plate the potatoes fed 3 as well as mushrooms it will be a long time before we return there. It was a special occasion we went there and it was local for a short drive something we required at this time.

    I brought my husband here for his birthday. It was restaurant week, but the regular menu looked soooo good that we decided to order from that. I had the mussels, chilean sea bass and hudson valley potatoes. I don't know which was more delicious! It was one of the best meals that I've had in a very, very long time! I'm on a 30 day sugar-free diet and opted to have the fruit tray over the chocolate mousse cake ... my husband had it and it was SCRUMPTIOUS! The tray was practically a platter and the fruit was ripe and juicy even though it's not in season. I'm an avid traveler and go into the City a couple of times a month. This restaurant rivals ANYTHING in Manhattan! The ambiance added to our dining experience. We will definetly go again. It was such a treat that we won't wait for another special occasion.

    Large Bar area that has high top tables if want to dine there with 3 big screen TVs. Friendly and professional staff. The food is excellent. This is a steakhouse be prepared to pay Steakhouse prices. Surprisingly they have a solid fish and raw bar menu. This can't be beat for a fun time to be had by all.

    A classic steakhouse model with efficient and professional service. Our steaks were perfect 12oz. filets cooked as ordered. Apps and sides were good, but not memorable. The wine list, which we did not try, looked strong with some good values. No room for dessert! Overall, a nice meal as we had expected. Our server did not tell us about the specials that we overheard from another table...a bit odd, though we did ask about the steak cuts.

    The food is excellent! The wait staff need to back off a little- there was a lot of staff stopping by our table to see if we were finished with drinks (still a few sips left in the martini glass) or if we were still using butter and sour cream (for baked potatoes)- really annoying. The decor is very dated and could be so great in that space- BUT THE FOOD IS SO GOOD!!! And staff is very friendly. For the priciness of this restaurant- the hostess could do more than just look up at you when you enter- a smile and greeting would be nice. Highly recommend.

    Not one of those restaurants trying to be a night club after hours place. Respectable amount of ambient noise. Young, yet professional staff. Maiter'd fantastic. Like most nice Steakhouses, its all a'la carte. And pricey. But once you decide to spend the money on yourself or someone special- you won't regret it in any way. Steak done per request { i.e. "Pink" means pink} , terrific sear on my steak and LOVE those Hudson Valley potato thins ( think home made potato chips) are REALLY GOOD. Dessert choices could be expanded, I have only been there once, so I don't know if they do specials or have seasonal changes. Last night they had a few Seafood specials so - there are options. Bar was lively and adult. Plenty of parking. Portions not over sized, cocktails are on the higher priced side.

    Our waiter, Frankie, was very entertaining! Always a good time. They have THE BEST OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER we have ever had. Even if you do not like oysters, you will love it. Nice choice of wines.

    Hudson Valley steakhouse never disappoints. I usually order the shrimp scampi, which is my favorite. This time I ordered the special lobster Fra Diablo over a bed of linguine. Now I have a new favorite!

    Went to try it for a potential graduation party location. Very loud and noisy! Expensive menu with limited options for appetizers without fish. Ordered a petite filet mignon medium rare and it was over cooked and presented a little piece of meat on this massive empty plate…so weird. Sides were decent. Felt temperature of certain foods were way too hot and others way to cool. It was strangely off…seemed to be a ton of people celebrating birthdays by all the singing being done. I would say it’s not fine dining.
