Hudson Valley Steakhouse
There was 6 of us having dinner and nobody had any complaints.
The oysters Rockefeller were awesome.
The and it it just got better from there.
Will be back.
The owners have a long legacy of exceptional restaurants in NYC, NJ and now in Yorktown Heights. Timmy’s attention to the quality of the food and the “homey” environment he has created, makes this more than just another steakhouse. Sergio is known throughout the tristate area for making evenings special for his guests. You have to go...you will be impressed and pleased you did.
Food was great, Service was outstanding. Waiter allowed us to enjoy our meal and did not rush us
This was our first time here. There were 5 of us and we all loved it: decor, service and food were excellent. Perfectly cooked steaks, delicious chicken scarpariello on the bone. We can’t wait to return!!
Excellent service and food. A wonderful treat during Hudson Valley Restaurant Week but at other times way too expensive.
definetly didnt feel the food was worth the price.
The food and service were excellent as usual and the reason we find ourselves frequently coming back to Hudson Valley Steak House. We went for dinner instead of lunch this time.
Of note, the noise level was quite high during dinner and we couldn’t have conversation across the table. We had a party of 7.
A great restaurant in Northern Westchester comparable to good steak houses in Manhattan. Nice atmosphere and very attentive service from the wait staff to management. Would definitely recommend for any special occasion. Quality of the steaks excellent.
Dinner and atmosphere was excellent as usual. Thank you to Elvis And Clevis for always making us feel special. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone !!!
The restaurant is very nice, and the wait staff was attentive but not overly so. It was Restaurant Week, and they gave us both menus to choose from. We went with the special Restaurant Week menu. My appetizer, baked clams, was tasty, but the clams were tiny and like chewing little rubber bands. My husband’s Caesar salad was okay but nothing special. My salmon was perfectly cooked but doused in sauce, which was good. My husband’s sirloin steak was perfectly cooked but average taste. Broccoli and steak fries as sides were good. The special dessert said chocolate mousse, but it was actually a chocolate cake with mousse, which was excellent but not chocolate mousse. Overall, I wasn’t impressed with the food, particularly when you see the regular prices they charge. I doubt if we’ll go back. There are other steak houses around that serve tastier steak at lower prices. This was a Manhattan wanna-be.
This restaurant never disappoints.
This was a first time experience for two of the party. The staff was very attentive but gave us plaenty of time to look at the menu. They were very knowledgeable about the dishes and their recommendations wewr spot on. We were celebrating a 101st birthday and they were wonderful. It is pricey but we all felt it was more than worth it. Food, service annd experience were top notch.
Excellent meal. Our Chilean sea bass was the best we’ve ever had — cooked perfectly and seasoned excellently. Our friends equally enjoyed their steak and veal chop. We will definitely be back.
Went for our Anniversary. Great food. A little noisy and the wait staff were running around. Would appreciate a calmer more romantic atmosphere. After all when you are spending $300-$400, you do not want to feel in a hurry.
Great Ambiance. Food was wonderful. Filet steak cooked to perfection. Shrimp coctail and crab main course excellent.
Cocktails were served soon after arrival. We never felt rushed. Great wine selection and friendly staff. It's just too expensive for an every week or two visit. Great for special occasion or to impress.
Peaceful ambiance. Helpful friendly servers. Food was delicious. Simple ingredients, nothing heavy or saturated. I would def go back again.
Had the calamari, crab cake, rib eye & mushroom caps. Mushroom caps were perfect with the steak. I would order everything again.
Hudson Valley Steakhouse is our "go to" restaurant, especially for special occasions. The staff and owner treat you as if you were long lost family members. The food never disappoints!
The manager Klevis he is amazing and so is the waiters Marlon and Erving. Greet food great service. I like everything about this restaurant. Great, great.
Dinner was lovely. Service exceptional. Prices A bit high for northern Westchester. Because of this it’s a special
Occasion place - although they do have a prixe fixed option now which could possibly have us back there for just a dinner out.
To expensive and the quality isn’t superior to other restaurants we have been.
Excellent experience all the time.
Be aware it is pricey but the food is worth it. My only criticism is that everything is a la carte, so you're paying for a vegetable or potato even though the entree price is high enough that it should include it. As long as you're prepared to spend, it's a lovely and delicious dining experience.
Waiter service was excellent. The bar service was not. We waited a long time for drinks. Steak was too salty.
The hostess was very warm and accommodating, service was good but the food was amazing!!!
We went to this restaurant when it first opened and were surprised that it was still open as our first experience was terrible. We were pleasantly surprised that all our complaints seemed to have been addressed. We had a lovely dinner. My only complaint is that when you spend $100 per person, I expect warm bread!!! It was a terrible first impression.
It was wonderful. Excellent service great atmosphere and spectacular food.
Appetizers were delicious, lobster bisque, bacon slab and Cesar salad. Comparable to city quality. Porterhouse steak was fork tender and flavorful. Rib eye was charred perfectly and had excellent flavor. Service was perfect. A Westchester gem.
Always exceptional food and service.
It was an excellent meal and the service was amazing
Wonderful spot perfect for special occasions
Excellent food,fine service, as usual!
Great service and excellent food. Highly recommend!
Food is good,
Service was good we were never told about
The specials for the night
One of the best experiences I’ve had at a steakhouse! Everything was delicious! The staff was exceptional
Great Italian cuisine restaurant. Nice ambiance and excellent service. Must try the special sea scallops with pancetta. They are unbelievably delicious. I had salmon and it was amazing but everyone else ordered stakes and they raved all night at how tender and delicious that were.
So kudos for this new restaurant !!!
We have been to this fine dining establishment a number of times, always with excellent results .
Great mains, especially steak . Also a nice array of appetizers ,salads, and sides .
The service is excellent . I want to especially compliment our server , Agim .
Food was delicious. We had Sea bass and Sirloin Highly recommend. The place was very clean and very welcoming.
Excellent service and tasty food. Chicken martini was done perfectly and the steaks were perfect happy hour bar prices are a steal. Price fixe menu was reasonably priced and had a nice variety of choices
Nice place- food quality does not meet the price. Service was awful....lots of suits walking around, but no servers. Had no clue whose ours actually was... Very disappointed.
The food here is amazing. Overall, the service is very good. There were a few small things that one would expect from a steakhouse of this caliber that did not occur. First, they did not clean the bread crumbs from the table. Second, no one came by the table to ask how the food was and if we needed anything else after the main course was served. Otherwise, the staff was very attentive in that they filled up empty water glasses immediately and replaced bread and butter immediately after the first bread basket was consumed. The food was excellent and the prices while a little high for the neighborhood, are consistent with s high caliber steakhouse.
