The food was pretty good but there was an event later that night so we were put in an upstairs room that was not typically used where the lighting was terrible (had to use cell phone flashlight to see menu). The service was ok, but appetizers and meals came out at the same time and getting refills was slow.

Told upon arrival would be very busy,having a psrty. We had reservation. Took an HOUR for 2 personal pizzas!

I have gone to this restaurant several times and have never had an issue, for the most part. Unfortunately, this last time was very different. I respectfully waited several minutes next to the sign that asks customers to wait to be seated. Then, two groups of people walked right past me, ignoring the sign, and were seated immediately by one of the waitresses. This waitress, seeing me, did not even pay me any attention. It wasn't until a gentleman walked by and inquired that I was able to be seated. I just thought it was very tasteless and unprofessional. However, because I have had better experiences with this restaurant, I would still recommend it.

I’m not sure what I was expecting this close to Penn Station. The service was extremely pleasant but very slow. The food was acceptable (ok, the wings were really good). The table was sticky.

The burger was outstanding!!! If I had more time, I would have tried some appetizers. I've paid more for burgers on Long Island that don't come close to tasting this great. I'll definitely be stopping by the next time I'm in the city.

We attended NYC Huskers TV game night here as out-of-town visitors from Nebraska. My brother lives in Manhattan and told us about the event. It was fun and energizing to watch the game with fellow Husker fans. Our server was pleasant and as attentive as she could be considering she was responsible for the entire upstairs loft seating area. Our burgers /fries and sliders were fine, just not as hot as they could have been, probably a delay in serving due to the crowd. If you are looking for a "gathering spot", this would be fine.
