Even worse than your typical hotel dining experience. Food was cold, unappetizing and service lackluster.

The waitress was great, the food was good but the cook chamged my order w/o asking me because they were out of something that i ordered. The fries came out cold although the waitress teplaced them immediately. The calamari was good, the burger patty was good but the bun ruined it.

I chose not to dine at this restaurant. I was expecting a burger joint not a pricey buffet offering

We had a large family dinner and the restaurant was very accommodating. We enjoyed our dinner and had a good experience. The only negative was the service was a little on the slow side. I would definitely recommend to others looking for a good decent not very expensive dinner in the theatre district. We would definitely go back.

I I didn't realise the restaurant was in a Sheraton Hotel when I booked online, so I was a little surprised when we got there to see that it was essentially the hotel's regular restaurant where they served their breakfast and lunch (it had a bit of that institutional feel to it). The food was ho-hum and not inexpensive for what are essentially variations of hamburgers and fries. The staff appeared a little overworked and weren't very attentive; they missed our daughter's side dish and rarely came by to see if we were all right. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, just not very memorable and I wouldn't go back for dinner unless I was stuck without a reservation.

Our group of 8 arrived in NY excited to see the tree but very tired and
very hungry .The location of this restaurant was easy to find in Times
Square . We were slightly sceptical because very few people were there
but pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, prices reasonable
waitstaff nice and we were able to regroup in a quite location
while we ate. When we left more people had come in so it
Is possible that people eat later in NY. Our reservations
were at 7:30. Hamburgers were wonderful and my
salad was excellent

i read good reviews about this [lace, so I chose it for a group of 12 pre-theater dinner. The menu had wonderful selections. The waitress got our drinks out right away. And then we sat - and had to track our waitress down to take the orders. One hour later, our burgers came out - delicious but room-temperature, as if they had been sitting around for a while. The staff seemed flustered and overwhelmed. The host was doing waiter duties, and our waitress was lollygagging. The place was not crowded AT ALL, so there was little excuse for the delay. it's too bad - becasue teh food was GOOD.

Food and service were great but absolutely no one was there. Felt sort of weird to have no one else around. Not recommended for early evening before theatre dining. No one is there.

It is what it claims to be, a burger place. The burgers were really good, cooked perfectly, and the fries were good. It is pricey, but can't expect anything less in Times Square.

Service was absolutely terrible. The waitress refilled our waters only once after I had to wave her down; the food was mediocre, overpriced, and it took FOREVER (restaurant was barely busy - maybe two small tables when we were seated, and 2 more small tables (2-4 people when we left).

Also they tack on a mandatory gratuity of 15% for groups of 5 or more.

Do not eat here!

I thought the space was pleasant enough but the service was mixed. They refused to seat only part of our large party of 10+ because some were a few minutes late even though it was 5pm and there was literally not 1 person seated in the restaurant. Our waiter was great, but the food is really not that good. Is it that hard to make a decent hamburger when that's all you really serve? Food came out cold and buns weren't fresh. Everyone loved the shakes and ice cream desserts.

PROS: Burgers were very good. Huge portions and fresh, quality ingredients. The burgers were cooked properly and came out of the kitchen very fast. Service was efficient and pleasant.
CONS: The place is boring. It sits half way back through a crowded lobby at the Sheraton and it has no atmosphere.

If you are staying in the hotel it is a great spot to grab a quick, quality burger before you trek out for the evening. Sure its $15 for a burger but you are in NYC a few blocks north of Times Square, so a delicious burger, a huge order of crispy french fries and half a giant pickle for $15 is actually a great value.

Wait staff was not at all happy to be there - I had an Open Table dining check and they had no idea what to do with it - very frustrating!

The burger was very disappointing. I've ordered a rare and it came in medium. It was a bit dry to my taste. The waiter has offered to send it back to the kitchen but I was too tired and hungry to wait for another one.
There was something wrong in the beer fridge. The can of beer I ordered was half frozen, so I had half a glass of beer with another half of beer slush. Luckily the waiter gave me another one that is less frozen.

It was so so. I guess it worked for us. We were meeting friends from out if town and weren't sure who would have last minute reservations for
A party of 9 this place was virtually empty. It was nice that we had the entire place to ourselves but we wish could have had the NYC experience
I would not go back but it was not awful. Burgers were decent.
