   We had family in town to celebrate a birthday and we’re so excited to come here. However, our food took over an hour to come out, then a side was forgotten and a steak was under done. Overall, it took us about 2 1/2 hours to finish our meal. We had to ask twice for 3 different drinks. We also had emailed the day prior to notify that it was a birthday celebration. We were informed via email that there would be a complimentary dessert brought, and even confirmed before the entrees came that this was the case, but we still had to order the dessert ourselves and were charged for it (although it was eventually taken off). The food was wonderful as usual and the ambiance was great, but the service was very disappointing. I would recommend Hudson House, but not necessarily this location.

   This was the perfect lunch place to celebrate our administrative professionals on their day. We all had various salad selections and they were all fabulous. I couldn't believe all the avocado that was on my Hudson Salad!!

   I had a wonderful lunchtime experience at Hudson House (Preston/Forest). The food and service were terrific. The atmosphere is pleasant, too. I really appreciate that they take lunchtime reservations.

   My Beverly salad was divine. Not only delicious but beautifully presented. My husband loved his brunch sandwich with egg, bacon, etc. Our waiter Mitchell was great. Always knew when we needed more ice tea and was very personable. We love Hudson House.

   Incredibly slow service. Every other tablet was sat and closed out in our section before we got our check. Was just so slow!

    Our waiter was extremely inattentive and not receptive to any questions or feedback. There was also a hair in our food, and the drinks took around 45 minutes to come out but were lukewarm when brought to the table. Overall not a great experience for a upscale dining place such as hudson house.
