    We are really disappointed with our experience tonight. As two couples, we spent over $400 on dinner, drinks, and dessert. Before we even finished our drinks or dessert—or received our check—we were told by staff that the manager said we needed to move to the bar because they needed our table for reservations. This felt incredibly disrespectful. We were not even offered assistance or a solution—just told we could take our drinks. After the time and money we spent, we expected much better treatment. We wanted to bring this to your attention because it left a very negative impression on what should have been a great night.

    From Hope at the front greeting you to Lucas’ outstanding service and the delicious food and fun bar scene, Hudson House is the best neighborhood place in Las Colinas. Go!

    Our service was the worst I’ve ever had at a Hudson House location. We had to ask to place an order on three separate occasions. Our server would almost avoid making eye contact with us when we were trying to get his attention. Additionally, the drink I ordered was not prepared properly and I was very displeased with it since the Stone Fruit martini is my favorite cocktail in all of Dallas. This was my first time visiting the Las Colinas location and I’m afraid it will be the last time.

    Food was so good! Service was good too! We had a new server named John he was very attentive. The only complaint was a very loud sound system that kept surprisingly blasting music alarming the whole restaurant not sure if someone was playing a trick happened a few times otherwise an excellent meal.

    I eat at Hudson house in Dallas, at Preston and Forrest relatively often. Tonight I had a reservation for two at the Las Colinas location. my friend was running a little late. I asked to be seated at the table and was told I couldn’t be sat because everyone in the party had to be present, because it was the policy. I then asked if I was a party of one wouldn’t you just sit me at a table that could seat 2? The host who I found that was the manager said oh now it’s just a party of one. I said no there will be two. I’m just curious where would you seat me if it was just me? Anyway it’s interactions such as this that is a turn off to a seasoned hospitality customer. Is it worth losing business on a Monday at 5 pm and mandatory to follow policy for a 2 top? Makes zero sense to me.

    After less than two hours, manager asked us to give up our table. Felt this was incredibly rude as we were still ordering food and drinks.
