Amazing in every way. Cannot wait to get back.
Server was very attentive, answered every question in detail. Food delicious and didn't disappoint.
Great return to eating out at Hub 51.
Our waiter was amazing! So attentive and gave really good suggestions. The patio wasn’t too crowded even when full and it was a great place to bring my out of state friend. I will be back!!
Maybe because it was a Monday, but everything seemed to be a bit off — mainly, the quality of the food and a seemingly inexperienced server.
The surcharge or tax for covid on the bill was disappointing.
Always love the chicken nachos! Keep hoping they’ll bring back the mini butterscotch puddings 😋
Food was great, ambiance was great. Prices weren’t bad we spent about $135 total with 3 appetizers, 3 entrees , 1 drink and 1 bottomless. The server wasn’t great tho the other servers were nicer who came by to help but ours gave a bad attitude vibe
Fried chicken was so good and Jeremy was an excellent server
Dylan was so wonderful, we absolutely loved them! They made our experience so great.
Have gone here multiple times and the service was the best with Dylan.
Get the carrot cake, always the best
Enjoyable Saturday afternoon late lunch/early dinner before the White Sox game. Service was prompt and pleasant. Food tasty and plentiful. Only knock was waiter didn’t indicate how high the upcharge was for the side dish swap ($7). We could have just ordered the extra side and kept the one included for the same total price.
This was our first time at Hub 51. Most of the items we ordered were very good and flavorful, however the fish tacos were bland and small. The burger, fried rice, peanut noodles, fried rice and pot stickers were very good. After not wanting a table next to the front door the hostess put us right next to the kitchen while a table 2 over from us stayed empty most of the evening. Felt like she gave us the bad table on purpose. The waiter was great. Might go back, might not. There are lots of good places in Chicago.
Food service was very fast and it also tasted amazing. Entire staff was super friendly.
Server was GREAT!!
Great drinks and food. We really enjoyed our dining experience! Saying yes to the Yes chicken nachos was a win. We also enjoyed the Waguu burger!
We had the Kung Pao chicken with fried rice and the seven seasoning beef. Both were absolutely fantastic! Love the ambience and service as well. Highly recommend!
It was so great to have Ben Pao again! It was my family's favorite since it opened. Everything was so great!
It was my friends birthday and the note I left to be given to the server about this occasion was not passed down to the server
Service was slow. Food was mediocre. Maybe Covid recovery is impacting them because this is very different compared to pre-Covid. Fingers crossed they return to pre Covid days
The restaurant is not clean, dirty floors, food left on tables after patrons departed.
This was a nice place. The vibe was good and the service was good.
This was mediocre at best. Hub punch was watered down, food lacked seasoning. No need to go back to this one!
My waiter was attentive but not intrusive. He listened and provided my every request. It was always with a smile. Clone him!
The server was polite, professional and attentive. Our orders were processed and received promptly. The food and drinks were delicious.
Amazing restaurant and great at accommodating gluten free. It was great to find good food that was celiac safe.
Had a chopped salad with grilled shrimp and the salad was pretty good. Served on a warm plate and the shrimp were skimpy, but overall good flavor. The fish tacos were outstanding!
Restaurant badly needs a refresh. Everything is very dingy looking. Food is still good
Service is slow
Won’t be back for a long time
Great brussel sprout salad and cornbread.
Server was just ok
Overall always satisfying
It was really hot inside
This was my first time here and let me tell you ALL the food was GREAT drinks was phenomenal 10/10 would recommend
Hub51 was fantastic! I had the Chicken Tinga tacos and my daughter had the Sesame Chicken, and they were both amazing! The portion sizes were appropriate for the price and our server was very attentive. The restaurant has a great vibe and staff were very welcoming. I would definitely recommend Hub 51 and Ben Pao!!
We had a group of 4. We had people trying the chicken, rice, and noodles. It was all great food, although a little over priced. The waitress was kind and a bit slow but understandable. I would go back.
wonderful service, food and ambiance. found it by accident. glad we did
Great place to celebrate a birthday!
The environment is great for friends gathering. They provide both American style and Asian style dishes. There's also a variety of liquor to choose from.
No service provided to us after we were seated for 10+ minutes. Absolutely no one said hello, asked if we wanted drinks, appetizers or to say they were busy (there were only 5 groups in the area where we were seated and 3 wait staff folks); If I could rate the service as a negative, I would!
BTW, as we were leaving, the hosts who were stationed 15 feet from where we had been seated, offered to get our waiter if we wanted to stay. They showed no interest as we waited the 10+ minutes at the table. Total failure at every level at this restaurant.
Nice brunch and bottomless mimosas were worth it.
Nice variety of food. Outdoor seating. Happy hour drinks!
