Our menus are designed to reflect the spirit of Kaua'i and its bounty of ingredients from the pastures, the farms and the ocean. We have established relationships with six local farms and ranchers as well as our own farm onsite to locally source as many ingredients as possible.
Nightly 5:30pm–9:30 pm
Our Chef will explore fresh ingredients to create a $40 3-course menu. Please inform us in advance of your request for the Farmer’s Market menu.
Sunday Evening $7 Fried Chicken Plate with House-made Waffle & Lilikoi Syrup

delicious and stunningly gorgeous. would recommend to anyone and will be back!
This place was surprisingly good! I was totally impressed with all of the flavors - they were amazing. I even liked the dessert - normally it’s too sweet for me, but their dessert was fantastic. AND the chef let me add another entree to their special menu!
The food was fine the service was good. Great view!!
Service, food ambiance and views were excellent.
Food was amazing along with the service. Would be nice if there’s more food options.
New year eve
Beautiful setting, good food, friendly service. Hard to find, but very pretty getting there.
If you are looking for a restaurant with a view, this place is worth a visit, at least once.
Diverse menu with top quality ingredients.
A walk outside the hotel toward the West offers a breath taking view of Nawiliwili harbor.
The food was fabulous. Although the menu was limited, we found options for each of us that were delicious. The setting was magnificent.
A wonderful restaurant with beautiful views of the bay. Great ambiance and the service personnel were great!
The sushi and poke station was wonderful! Loved the selection of 3 different kinds of rice for the poke bowl!
The grill station was a nice change with great selections!
The dessert cakes and pies were delicious and the shave ice station was very refreshing with very interesting syrup flavors!
Overall a great experience and hope to come and experience future buffets.
Chef will only cook the steak medium well. There's no other choice. The opakapaka was so over cooked I thought it was fish jerky. Service was so slow
Nice to have another restaurant in this area. Definitely more LA than Hawai’i. Even for small parties (4) they try to request 18% service charge. Unfortunately, that high-handedness left us less wanting to head back, but we will, as good food is hard to come by in Lihue or on the Marriott properties. Resort is beautiful and understandably a resort becoming better known over time.
Service was awful, charged you 18% so there is no motivation to give good service. Food was fair at best. Charged us $48.00 for 2 Pina Colada’s!. Don’t waste your time dining here.
A hidden gem. So friendly and relaxing. I would definitely recommend doing this at least once.
Great food, great service great view, enjoy every minute, welcome back again soon .
I can't say enough about Timbers Resort and this amazing restaurant -- a true undiscovered gem. Only opened in July and apparently it is the best-kept secret on the island. Best meal experience perhaps ever -- such an incredible setting. The environment is absolutely beautiful from the moment you drive on to the resort. Stunning in every way -- elegant, chic, and classy with exceptional views in every direction.
Kaylie, our server, was unparalleled in her professionalism and care; we could not have asked for better service. Support staff was also excellent and our water glasses never went empty for a minute.
Not only was the food outstanding and freshly gathered from the on-property farm, but every item was delicious and unique. We commented on how much we enjoyed the salad and Kaylie went so far as to photograph a copy of the recipe for us. After dinner, she suggested that we spend some time enjoying the pool and lounge area. Once the torches were lit and the fire pit was turned on, the setting changed to a nighttime paradise. It's actually hard to believe that such an amazing place exists on the island and so few people know about it. So at the risk of revealing the secret of this perfect paradise to others, I can say with confidence that it would be nearly impossible to surpass the experience of an evening at Hualani's. Surprisingly, prices were also quite reasonable. Well done!
The ceviche was outstanding! Excellent view, perfect for a summer day.
Had a wonderful evening!! We’ll be back!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The dinner was so delish!!
The food was fantastic and Kaylee is amazing! You are lucky to have her!
It's a new restaurants and you can tell they're still a work in progress but it was a terrific experience and the food was great.
Fabulous atmosphere! Friendly service and excellent food!
Do not trust google maps!! It is tricky to find but call for exact directions. It is worth the trip!
I reserved for Thanksgiving lunch, but that ("dinner") menu didn't start until 5:30. The non dinner menu was mainly burgers and some side dishes. This was disappointing, as was that they could not recommend any where else for Thanksgiving lunch. I phoned Gaylord's; they were able to get a table for me for Thanksgiving.
First time and birthday dinner. Kaylee was very knowledgeable about menu items and Resort. Food was delicious and different. Great place and ambiance
This was the best meal that we had in two weeks on Maui and Kauai. The fish was excellent and melted in our mouths. The view was excellent. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
Food was fantastic and we were on our Anniversary. The ambiance was incredible and the wait staff was even better. We were greeted by a Ian the bartender who did a great job but Kaylee took care of our dinner and you would think she had been in the industry for 30 years. Kaylee was friendly, bright, funny and knew about what she was servicing so it made the night even more memorable.
Every course was delicious. The small menu guarantees that each dish is a specialty. We loved the decor and the oceanside sounds/vibes. The service was excellent! We highly recommend a meal at Hualani’s.
Beautiful setting❗️Nice simple menu🌴
Experience was excellent right from valet service to food to server to view and venue. Wonderful.
Food was good, especially for Kauai. Service not so much. The auto 18% gratuity showed in the service. An appie was forgotten and we had to pour our own wine. Not what you would expect from any restaurant let alone one that is supposed to be on the higher end.
Excellent service. Our server was friendly and extremely accommodating to our dining wants and needs.
Wonderful food. Loved the pupus, especially the Ahi on rice, but the beets were excellent too. I had the summer squash spaghetti which was extremely tasty and filling.
OUTSTANDING! Kauai’s up and coming best restaurant! food is delicious and the view is stunning. we had an amazing time and will be back continuously.
Quiet, great view, good view. Friendly staff a true hidden gem
Great food with an incredible view of the Ninini Point Lighthouse and Nawiliwili Bay.
Amazing food and service!
Gorgeous view and romantic setting! Farm to table menu was delicious!
Wonderful. The facility and location is outstanding. Food was excellent. Prep some of the best ahi I’ve had the view just keeps giving as it changes with the light. Looking over their infinity pool feel like an extension of the ocean. Our waiter was not experienced but was generous and kind. Alll in all we cannot wait to return
We had a wonderful dinner with top notch service! Beautiful place💖
Absolutely breathtaking views from bar, restaurant and outdoor dining. I had the 10 oz steak, mashed potatoes....delicious. My husband had great special fish entree with veggies and taro cubes, also delicious. We will be going back again this week.
having heard about this new spot we definitely wanted to go check it out. And we were not disappointed. After a beautiful drive through the golf course we arrived at our destination. The friendly valet took care of our car and off we went into the luxurious designer setting. Down the stairs we arrive on the restaurant level and what a view... we studied the menu and ordered a couple of drinks. The menu is designed as a farm to table, Hawaiian. Freshest ingredients and amazing compilation and taste. We really loved the soba noodle salad and the ceviche! The drinks were very good as well, but at the luxury price levels for the cocktails, we would have preferred them presented as nicely as the food. Our favorite was the Smoke and Mirrors. Being that the restaurant has barely been open three months, those are probably just some little things to be worked out. Service was impeccable as well... and for aviators... the spot is amazing to see inbound aircraft approaching into LIH. We will definitely be back!
Really couldn't have been better in all respects. We are planning to go back during our stay because of that. Price is also moderate for such an upscale place.
