Went to Howard's Seafood Restaurant to try the french fried lobster and wasn't disappointed. I had the french fried lobster and crab cake combo and it was to die for. My husband had the fried scallops and he said they were one of the best he's had - large scallops, fresh and juicy.

The Lobster bisque was excellent!! My husband had the clam chowder and it was equally delicious! We had the fried lobster and after the soup and salad could have shared it! Service was great! Will definitely come again!

Their signature fried lobster was outstanding. The food and service was great. A little noisy but the restaurant was full. Will definitely come back again.

The French fried lobster has been my husband's favorite meal since he was a teen selling ice cream from a bike in Beach Haven. Of course, where else would we celebrate his retirement from a slightly more professional career almost 50 years later? Some things ARE as good as you remember, even if the price was, um, not quite the same as in 1976!
