It was pretty good. We never had a waiter. They made an extra effort to fit us in but we did not know who to tip because multiple people served us.

Worst dinner experience I’ve ever had. 1 hour elapsed and we never received our food. Waiter asked us what our order was THREE TIMES! Had our 2 drinks and app comped and we went next door to Gloria’s and had a wonderful meal. I will never return there again. Period.

It was clear to us that this restaurant was poorly managed from the moment we walked in. Our reservation was at 8:15 and we didn’t sit down until 8:50 after we spoke to the manager twice. Once we finally were seated we didn’t get water or our drinks until 30 min after when we spoke to the GM. Our entire section had major issues and were loudly complaining to management. Two tables ended up walking out because their food took so long bc the waiter forgot to put their order in annnd they spoke to management three times. The GM ended up serving us our food but customer service still was lacking and our concerns weren’t acknowledged. I always try to give grace to ppl in the restaurant field bc it truly is a hard job but this restaurant has terrible communication and poor management. needless to say I would never return or recommend anyone to eat here.

The food is just okay. Ordered soft shell crab (okay), mixed vegetables (okay), sea bass (pretty good) and hot and sour soup (not good at all).

When we walked in, the lights were dim, and they weren't busy at all for a Wednesday night. We sat in a corner and had a refreshing waitress that mentioned happy hour without us asking. The night was so low key, and the food was absolutely amazing. Make sure you valet park, because with dinner it is only $2 and it is so worth it. A place to visit if you want to sit and have a conversation, enjoy the night, and be with someone special.

Overall good, but I think there are better Chinese food choices in Dallas for a lower price. The staff were all very attentive and nice. The calamari was excellent as was the fried rice. The duck and spicy crispy beef were underwhelming but not terrible.

New Years Eve dinner. Good food but service was poor. Have been eating here off and on for several years. Always good quality food and first time for poor service. I’m assuming not prepared for high volume of customers. I will give them one more chance.
