   I LOVE the food at Houston's. Their filet is one of the best around. The wait staff is attentive. I've been to this restaurant many times, if anything goes wrong, they are swift to take care of it and appropriate with their compensation. The only problem I have with Houston's is even when you make a reservation you will still wait anywhere between 15-30 minutes, they are booked too tight. A popular restaurant. Wish there was another one.

   Sadly, it was a disappointing dinner. My daughter ordered the chicken tenders and they looked more like tempura shrimp. The waitress changed it out for the grilled cheese and it was a hamburger bun turned inside out and grilled. 2 strikes from the 8 year old. I ordered the hamburger and a side of coleslaw. The burger was ok, more mushy then juicy. The coleslaw was excellent. And the fries were plentiful and very good. My mom got a salad and the chicken tasted and looked boiled - it was definitely not grilled. Haven't been there in a long time - don't think I'll be going back for another long time, if ever.

    My family and I love this place, but since we are a pretty big family (15) it's impossible to go all together. It would be nice if you can accomodate big parties together . Other than than that , this restaurant is awesome!
