   First of all, the noise level was very high. The tables are so close together, that you could’ve eaten from the plates of the people seated next to you. The restaurant is a converted Sears spec home, so there is limited space. They tried to use every single square inch, to put in as many tables as allowed. The appetizers were bland. We had the beef carpaccio and Caesar salad. Last night was the first time in ALL of our dinings, that a Petite Filet, was served on a tiny side plate! The New York strip was good but, the blue cheese sauce, was awful. The Lobster Thermador, was unappealing in presentation and taste. Lastly, the carrot cake, was tasteless. We had read of the wonderful reviews on Open Table before making reservations and were very disappointed. We’ve been in the food industry for 45 years and know good quality and, we always give the restaurant a second chance. I hope our return visit, is better. Those mashed potatoes…go easy on the milk. People want substance in a side dish.

   Houston White consistently offers excellent food and service. As soon as you walk through the door you feel welcomed from the hostess to our amazing server. It is a favorite of ours and highly recommend.

   Decent food, service and atmosphere. However, the price points are waaaaaay too high ($16 for table share of potatoe wedges?- really???).

   Another great meal, we had twin lobster tails and thermador entrees with creamed spinach and candied bacon sides. Peanut butter pie and chic cake to finish. Andre is a knowledgeable and very efficient server who we enjoy .

   We've walked by Houston White Co. countless times and had never gone in because we usually like seafood when at the beach. In general we avoid steakhouses because they tend to be overpriced and we're able to cook a good steak at home. All that being said, when we finally tried Houston White we were pleasantly surprised. Service was great, the food was great and the ambiance is warm and inviting. We will definitely be adding it to our rotation of favorites in Rehoboth.

   The service was top notch and the food was delicious! A little pricey but you get what you pay for! Definitely coming back!

   First time dining at this restaurant and the experience was truly fantastic. Not only is the food incredible but the service was perfect. The staff are warm and friendly and attend to every need without being intrusive. I was lucky enough to also meet the owner and she was lovely. A must try for anyone wanting a perfect dinner in a great environment.
