We ate outside on the patio at 7:30 PM. With the misters going it was quite pleasant, even though the outdoor temperature was over 95 degrees. We ordered an the smoked wild boar appetizer, and it was excellent. The combination of a tart slaw with the sweet potatoes and pork, piled on a tortilla was perfect. The pousson chicken and salmon dishes were also excellent; we finished them both, which is unusual for us. Our son had the Ahi tuna sushi style dish and, while he boxed up what was left, he ate it for breakfast the next morning and said it was just as good. The mark of high quality food is being able to take it home and have it be as good or better the next day.
