House of Smith - Jet City is in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle, this expansive, one-of-a-kind winery occupies the space that was formerly a Dr. Pepper bottling plant. Guests are invited to experience our wines while seated indoors, listening to music, and enjoying a view of the main runways of Boeing Field along with the iconic profile of Washington’s Mt. Rainier. House of Smith Jet City Winery features two tasting rooms designed by famed Olson Kundig Architects: the main floor is designed with a rustic Northwest feel, and the larger upstairs space exudes an early 60’s vibe, with a nod to the aviation industry.

BY APPOINTMENT (We offer a standing experience).
60-minute tasting experiences are available starting at 12 pm with the last tasting at 5 pm.

We will be offering wine tasting options, wines by the glass, or bottles to purchase and drink on-site with a $5.00 corkage fee.

*Children are welcome, in addition, dogs on leashes are welcome too.

Love this place! Airy, modern decor, friendly and informative staff, good wines. I wished a few of the tasting pours were a tad more generous but otherwise, all was good. We recommend membership for anyone who wants to decrease their carbon footprint and drink and pick up wine purchases in Georgetown.

This was my second time here and I was excited as the first time was pretty good but their whites tasted like buttered popcorn and the reds were too fruity and light for my taste.
