   We waited 40 minutes for our food and the place was empty. People that were seated after us received their food and finished it before we got ours. We also had ordered an appetizer that we never received. And when we did receive our food, it wasn’t hot. We will never be returning.

   Half busy on a Friday night. Waited over an hour for a burger, two sandwiches and some ribs. Not the worst bbq I’ve ever had, but definitely not the best. The service was slow, the food was meh. I wouldn’t go back.

   We enjoyed our lunch! Our server was attentive and nice and the convenience of being right across from ferry is perfect. Would definitely go back.

   Great atmosphere with an even better view. Food was good, especially the ribs and brisket. No coors light (weird)!?! Overall a good experience

   Wow... Love this place! As a lover of BBQ who has eaten at some of the best in the US, including the best in Texas and the Carolina's, House of Que totally took me by surprise. We decided to check it out due to it's location by the ferry terminal, which by the way offers amazing views of the Midtown skyline, but it was the food that will keep us coming back. The cuts of brisket were pure perfection... Just the right amount of fatty trim, but no grizzly fat in the meat. The ribs were also extremely meaty. The smoky BBQ sauce added the right amount of sweetness to compliment the meat. We also loved the Mac & Cheese! As an added bonus, they had a few local brews on tap, which I wish more NJ restaurants would do!!! I highly recommend House of Que and look forward to returning myself very soon!

   We had an amazing time. The waiter was great and food came out super quick. They had dueling pianos (every Saturday night) and they were the best!! We had our table from 6:45-10 to watch the whole show. The food was solid. Not the best BBQ I have ever had but still good. I would definitely return for a Saturday night for the dueling pianos (or some other event night) but prob wouldn’t make the trip for just the meal. There was also a parking deck right next door which cost $10 for a little over 3 hours.

   Our server was very welcoming and educated us about the menu with sincerity. Loved sitting outside. My brisket was not very warm and a bit dry. The fried pickles were awesome. The house made bbq sauce was good (sweat one too sweet for me). Wish they offered at least one ‘healthy’ side dish. Parking is in issue in this area. Restaurant comps $6 toward parking garage. Parking can get expensive in the garage. Overall, decent place. I may be back.

    Someone needs to replace the cook. I wasn't impressed at all with the food. It was just "OK" nothing special. Nice views of NYC but that's all. If you want GREAT food...look for another restaurant. We went for brunch...why do they have brunch? I guess it's to get customers early.
