We found the restaurants nice and service friendly but the food very average for the price unfortunately

Brilliant service and food, I took my wife for a birthday and I was really pleased with the food they offered along with the hospitality I had as well. The starters and main were delicious and I would definitely recommend going there especially during the evening.

I can imagine this is quite a lively place during normal times but due to tier 2 COVID restrictions it was very quiet when we went. We sat outside on what is essentially a veranda looking up Charlotte Street (so were able to have people from different households at the table). The food (mix of pan-Asian dishes) was very good and service was friendly and attentive.

Food is great, service overall really good, everyone friendly and nice. The popcorn shrimp is sensational!!

Just re opened after lock- down. High quality pan asian spread over several floors. All positive but the staff face masks and low density (spread over different floors) detracted a little from the atmosphere.

It was our first time here and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
The food was superb especially the prawn and crab wontons, amazing flavours.

Wonderful - we booked this last minute as we were in the area and decided to book somewhere Which was a gamble as didn’t know what to expect but to our surprise and delight we couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff were informative, approachable, fun and also allowed us all the time we needed. The wines were delicious (although more selection by the glass would have been a nice option). The food was delicious - the chicken dumplings were divine. My only gripe was that in the female bathroom there is only a fake hot water tap and as a medical professional washing your hands in cold water often deters people from washing properly Because it’s too cold and in this climate (Winter flu, infections, Covid 19) we should be encouraging hand washing pre/post food to the highest standard especially when eating things like crackers and edamame with your hands. Perhaps a nice hot flannel or some wipes would be a step in the right direction if you decide to go against getting a hot tap.

The vibe at House of Ho is very cute. The employees there are really nice a d helpful, from the minute you step inside the level of service is excellent. The food arrived surprisingly quick after ordering and it was delicious. I feel that the price at House of Ho is fair too as I find it is relatively cheaper in comparison to restaurants of similar stature and cuisine in the heart of London. Would definitely visit again.

Great food, over eager staff. No water so none of the toilets were working which was frustrating and tricky asa both of us needed to go, so we left promptly after we had eaten to find a loo in a local pub. No real apology from staff for this problem either. We recommend for the great food, even if a bit pricey on the assumption the water is running again.

Great service for a birthday meal the food was excellent and an off menu dish created for my girlfriend. The manager Paolo couldn't have done more to make it a better evening. I was very impressed!

Nice looking restaurant, good service and nice food. We tried the early week set menu. We enjoyed everything and do recommend. But it is supposed to be a 50% discount and we didn’t feel that. I will have been disappointed having this for twice the price as, in my opinion, not worth this. So, you get something very good for the price paid but not more.

Amazing food. We went for vegan which as superb!!

The service was fine and the food was nice but the portions are quite small. We felt it was not very good value for money, as the whole meal was quite pricy in relation to the size of dishes and quality of food.

Food was great, particularly the appetizers but the real shining stars of this place are the staff. They have found the perfect balance of being very attentive and helpful without being overbearing in any way.

I was disappointed with the food . The starter was too oily and looked like it been re- fried .
We decided not to have a main course and left after the starter.

It was absolutely delicious food and the service was great. However for a restaurant that is in central London and not cheap they don’t accept Amex which means although we had both decided we would look forward to a return visit, it’s unlikely we will now.

My friends and I had a terrific meal at house of ho. Great staff, service and food. Couldn't fault it. The drinks afterwards were brilliant and nice to meet the owner who was v kind. Will defo go again.

Food was great and the staff very helpful and polite. Great cocktail choices. I love the overall ambience and the size but just disappointed by other overly loud guests given the close proximity to each other making conversations harder.

I came for a birthday dinner, with a party of 6 and we were all amazed by the ambience and decor. The waitress offered us crackers- which we were given the impression to be complimentary (they were not).

We ordered the Pho and it tasted nice, nothing amazing, however the smell was quite pungent. I also ordered the prawn spring rolls which I felt were not enough value for money.

There was always someone close by in case we needed anything and the staff were all very helpful and polite. Overall, I would come back but will try something else from the menu.

The place was bustling, and the restaurant is comfortable and nicely situated with a view up Charlotte Street if you are near the window. The service was striving to be upmarket - glasses refilled etc - though we had a few language problems with our waiter who wasn't a native English speaker. The starters were great (dumplings and squid), but the beef in the pho was overdone to my taste. Still a good meal though. My main reservation is that I can get the same quality food for half the price (and a more Vietnamese feel) in the area of London where I live. And the House of Ho doesn't do Vietnamese coffee!

Went for a celebration of a graduation. We were looked after from the beginning till the end. Food was amazing. Will definitely come back again!
