   The food, drinks and ambiance were great. We stopped in to eat here before going over to the House of Blues. The location is conveniently placed in the heart of downtown. The music was great! Not too loud. Our wait staff was knowledgeable and fast. I will definitely come back here!

   My husband and I was staying in downtown Cleveland and I found this restaurant on the map. It had a New Orleans themed vibe and he’s from New Orleans so we decided to go there. The food was very delicious. The drinks were very good and the service was also excellent.

    This was by far one of the worst restaurant in Cleveland paper was inside our food the toast was wet the seafood was not cool just placed into the Omelettes our server was rude slammed our drinks on the table the manager got in my face for fight me it was a man 2 men to be exact I wouldn’t dare go back it was disgusting the whole experience was like a nightmare

    The vibe was amazing the moment we walked through the door. The atmosphere is beautiful. The service was top tier! The main course was more spicy than flavorful but the appetizers were pretty tasty! I would like to visit again in the summer for brunch!

    Our visit was in the middle of the day and we thought it would be a lunch menu but instead found it was appetizers and brunch (only listed in bundles on the menu at $55 per person, though we did learn you could skip the drinks and just order an entrée). Not really what we expected since it was 3 pm but we decided to have food anyways. We had a spinach dip to start. It was very cheesy but so liquid-melty that it was difficult to keep on the chips to eat. We ordered chicken and waffle, the portions were large but the chicken was overcooked to the point of being dry and the waffle seemed more like a pancake in that it didn't have density or a rich flavor like a waffle. And the music was far too loud for mid-day, my husband and I couldn't even hear each other at a table for 2.

    Super chill, food is always mediocre though, good but nothing I would brag about. Grits are NEVER done, and that’s coming from multiple visits and other customers as well. But the drinks are great, I would go back. Just be careful what food you order, it’s a hit or miss. I was told the ribeye was amazing maybe I’ll try that next.

    Service was great, our waitress was very nice and quick to check on our needs. The food was good although I thought the seafood etouffee was a bit bland. However, I'd like to come back and try some of their other menu items.

    The customer service was poor and the chairs were uncomfortable. Additionally there were flys & nets everywhere, I really couldn’t enjoy my food. However dispute all this the food was good, unfortunately I won’t be back.

    I feel like the rules and regulations of the brunch spiel and the breakdown of the bill when we were seated took away some of the excitement of being first time patrons. It felt like a lecture …….The food, drinks and ambiance was great with the exception of the beignets being the size of Chex cereal. I appreciate the birthday acknowledgement from the staff also. I will be back to try other meals

    The food wasn’t good, I got seafood macaroni and it wasn’t cooked I had to send it back. The lamp chop was so sweet it made my stomach hurt and the sauce wasn’t good, mash potatoes no butter dry, deviled eggs with shrimp really bad had to send it back. BangBang shrimp was good. Waiter was dismissive somewhat rude, ordered drinks for almost $20 couldn’t taste no liquor but really pretty drinks. It’s not worth it. Would not recommend or return.

    The pictures are fraud to the actual experience. The food/ the interior and drinks on the site are all misleading. My family wanted to celebrate Mardi Gras/ Fat Tuesday in honor of our family in New Orleans. We made a reservation for 8:30pm and were not seated until after 9pm. Because of this, they ran out of the meal that we wanted and the drinks were absolutely horrible. Our server, such a sweet girl, was overwhelmed and other guest were yelling at her and complaining about everything. Our ticket came back with a 20% gratuity already added at a table of 4. The owner sat at the host desk the entire time and refused to mediate any of the confusion. Our horrible experience costed us an unworthy $237. The food is over seasoned with “soul” seasoning and nothing outside of seafood that replicates or honors the New Orleans way. The gumbo is loaded with rice and chicken and 2 pieces of overcooked shrimp. So, if you’re looking for a Creole experience, I suggest you YOUTUBE your desired meal and make it yourself. You’ll come out on top in flavor and price. We ended up ordering fried catfish and French fries and my son ordered the seafood Mac and cheese and it was cold. We got doggy-bags to take our food home because it arrived to our table at 10:45pm. This experience was the worst. I wouldn’t suggest this restaurant to my worst enemy. The epitome of Ratchet.

    Service was horrible! Although our server was wonderful the hostess and manager was beyond rude. My party all ordered something different and only 1 of our dish was good. Everything else was very mediocre. Would not recommend and not coming back.

    They have a live DJ on Sundays which can be fun, but my partner and I felt it was much too loud. My partner liked his meal of shrimp and grits. I had the bayou rolls and they tasted like the hot sauce from taco bell which I did not like. I was not impressed with the brunch options. However, I hear good things about the dinner menu. The cocktails were good though.

    The experience was pretty cool. I think the ambiance would have been a little better if the lights were dimmed a little and speakers were up front as well as in the back.     Fight broke out in the restaurant on Valentine’s Day between a couple knocking down a bystander. They escorted him out the back door only for him to re-enter that same door. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable

    After we were seated, our table was moved twice due to a large party that was coming, and they were trying to accommodate. Our appetizers took forever to come out. After 30 minutes, we had to ask our server where they were. She responded by saying, oh they never came out. We received our meal, and still hadn’t received one of our appetizers. After all of that, the food was just okay.

    The service was horrible. The waitress was not attentive & the wait was way too long for the food is be decent. The mash potatoes were horrible. It tastes like everything was cooked out of a burned pot or pan. It won’t be going back no time soon!

    Date nights with 4 people. Absidy was our waitress she was great. Food and drinks were very good. I will definitely be back. Parking is a little confusing because the garage that is right next to the restaurant you aren’t able to use and their valet wasn’t there yet.

    Four of us went out on a Friday evening. We made reservations previously. Parking was easy across the street at PNC parking garage. The service was a little slow, but friendly, and the servers are all dressed neatly. The food is another thing. It is absolutely outstanding I wish everybody could try this place, it’s well worth the drive and the little walk across the street. It is phenomenal food we tried the chicken sandwich, jambalaya, Creola, bird, and bang bang shrimp. Everything was outstanding we will definitely be back!!

    Food was generic at best and left me with an upset stomach for 24 hours after dining My salad lettuce was soggy and the tomatoes were past ripe Alyssa our waitress was great so that saved the experience I won’t return $50 for one person without alcohol

    Had a great time and meal. Definitely try the Jambalaya and my wife had the Creole Blackened Salmon and said it was fantastic. I’ll definitely be back soon. Staff was also friendly and helpful with suggestions on menu.
