House of Cards

Honestly the most amazing dining experience ever! The food was the best in Nashville, bar none. The steak, the special selected rubs topped with foie gras butter (euphoric), the fresh vegetables and I could go on. However, better than all of that was the magic. As a magic fan, I’ve seen it all. The House of Cards Nashville is doing it better than nearly everyone else and absolutely on par with the big name Vegas greats. To close out the evening, dessert and cocktails on the patio. The waterfall, the dessert a cigar selection worthy of their almost unbelievable whiskey collection was something others simply don’t or can’t offer. Mind blowing selections. This is truly a little slice of heaven and I’m already planning my next visit! PS - They actually carry certified Kobe a5 beef and it’s without words and worth every penny!

Wow! What a way to start our vacation. We can’t stop talking about our dinner and the entertainment was fantastic. Crazy good all the way around!

Brunch was amazing. Food was delicious. Service was even better. The ambiance is unbeatable. The magic show is just the icing on the cake.

Everything about this restaurant and experience was amazing. We had a group of 6 for a birthday dinner and we are so happy we chose House of Cards. The magic was unreal and our waiter, James, was wonderful. We even got to speak with the General Manager, Joey, who was welcoming and gracious.

PS they have the absolute BEST Espresso Martini in town. I 10/10 recommend this restaurant.

The ultimate ladies night experience. The magic and atmosphere are so much fun + the drinks and food were exceptionally good especially for a “themed” restaurant.

Our evening was delightful. The food was delicious, served at a perfect temperature, and the wait staff was wonderful. The wine was a little overpriced but otherwise, I have only glowing comments. I have already recommended it to numerous people and hope to visit again soon. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

Great value and incredible experience

This restaurant is a one of a kind experience! I had never experienced such an incredible meal. The ambiance is indescribable- I cannot wait to go back again!!!

Our evening at House of Cards was really fun! The food was good, but not great. The French onion soup was fantastic and the cocktails were excellent but that’s the only thing that stood out. Two gentlemen came over while dining - the one was INCREDIBLE (I wish I could remember his name - something like Anton or Amery??) But the second was was terrible. He used my hand to test his trick and I could feel the clear thread holding up the cigarette! We also clearly saw him hide a coin in his hat and figured out how his straw was “dancing”. Not great BUT - that first guy stole the show and blew our minds. The main performer was Kevin King - he was great - repeated a couple of tricks from the table guys but that was okay. The atmosphere is worth the trip and, while I’m pointing out the negatives, the evening was really a success and we all had a wonderful time! I do recommend it for something unique and different.

First time visiting House of Cards. We weren’t quite sure what to expect but it was a good night. Good food and drinks. The magic show was a bit different than expected, but not bad. Overall a great date night.

Good atmosphere for date night. My husband got ribeye and I got pork chop, both were tough. Expected more given the price. The magic tricks were uniquely interesting and enjoyable.

This was possibly the best dining experience I have ever had in my life. The food was perfect, amazing flavors recommended by our attentive waiter whose name I do not recall, but he wore clear glasses. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked and my friend loved her vegan option mushroom steak. The magic tricks were not only entertaining and mind-blowing but had my friends and I laughing out loud and the show after was amazing. Loved the ambience, loved dressing up and how the other guests looked. My kind of place for sure. The manager, Joey is running a wonderful restaurant and personally spoke with each table twice. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for a completely unique luxury dining experience.

Took my wife out for her birthday and it was an AWESOME experience. Amy, our server was very thorough and prompt. She was excellent. Food was delivered to out table fast, and was delicious!! Outside patio to smoke was intimate and relaxing. Magic show was very entertaining. This was out first time and it won’t be the last!!

This was my most favorite experience in Nashville!! Very pricey but you pay for the quality, service and experience. It was worth it in my book!

Ryan, our server, was a rock star! The magic show was the best one I’ve seen there out of the several times we have visited house of cards.

It was definitely pricey! It was worth every bit, just have to tell yourself you would spend that much for dinner and theater. The magic was incredible and I’m still wondering...how the heck did they do that? Hopefully the shows change every few months because I would love to do it again.

I’ve been twice. Thought it might not be as good as first experience. But actually was better. Didn’t have as many magic tables to go to but was actually nice to have them come to our table. Was kind of hard to catch a table open before. Shadow was amazing.

The only downsides - 1) I wish I knew to bring cash ahead of time, 2) the food was a little pricey, and 3) the main magic act was good but the guy was kind of a #%€!

We were out of town from Oklahoma celebrating my best friends 38th birthday. We really loved everything about House of Cards. Our only complaint was the food. Most of it was delicious. 2 out of the 3 of us ordered the ribeye. My friend had ordered hers medium rare and it came out done. And we both thought the steak was tough and not as flavorful as we had hoped. We were very let down because our wonderful waiter had hyped up their beef. But we both thought it was just mediocre. The drinks and wine were lovely. Our appetizer was very good as was the lemon cake they brought my friend for her birthday. It was a very unique and fun experience.

The ambience and mystery are fun. The food is good and beautifully presented. And the magic show was so fun. We talked about it the rest of the evening!

This restaurant was so cool! The decor was amazing. It was a lot of fun. The food is very expensive, and it was just ok food. We had steak, and they were good, but nothing spectacular. We got fries and duck fat potatoes, and they were really good. The dessert was amazing!

We had dinner at HOC on our wedding night. We eloped to Nashville and were looking for something memorable since it was just the two of us. HOC did not dissappoint. It was such a special, magical night that we will always remember. From our hostess, to our waiter and even the magician. Everything was awesome and we have not quit talking about it to everyone.Thank you!
