I had reservations here for Wednesday night not knowing their main restaurant was closed. No problem, still walked over to double check. Was greeted by not such a friendly African American lady. Told her I had reservations for dinner, was told they didn’t have dinner because the restaurant was closed. Another lady took the time to explain to me that although their restaurant was closed they did have a limited menu that night. Ok, cool no problem. Got seated and ordered food. My daughter got her food but mine didn’t come out. I asked the waitress for the status of my food, she said she would check on it. She comes back and tells me she got confused so my order was never put it. No problem. She supposedly puts the order in but after waiting 20 minutes I finally gave up and asked for my check. The food I ordered but never got was on my check, she took it off after I questioned it, no apology whatsoever. It was my first time in NOLA, definitely my last at this House of Blues.

We had the best time from entering to leaving after the concert. The staff were excellent and made us feel so special. HOB is definitely a must visit when in Nola

It is a shame that The House of Blues allows for Drag shows to trick people into believing that there will be a burlesque show, that appears to be women... but are not. Servers and guests alike were left in disappointment when realizing they had been fooled. This was suppose to be a fun date night... it was fun alright!! People watching at its finest. Husbands all around the room, complete disappointment. Wives promising that this is not what we signed up for. If you want to have a Drag show, that is fine... but the guests should be able to know that they are buying tickets to a Drag show... I hate to break it to the world, but not everyone wants to see p***s in pantyhose.

As a House of blue was advertised live music. When arrived ro restaurant I ask the greeter if the table were able to enjoy the live music, he responded yes … which was not true. Very disappointed.

Dinner at House of Blues New Orleans while on vacation. We at inside, but could still hear the music playing outside, and have a conversation. Our waitress was great, and the food was excellent- Cajun chicken pasta, and steak and fries.

We just got in town and no reservations for dinner in the “fancy” places. I remembered this place fondly from 20 years ago. My husband has never been there. Treated very warmly by all the staff. Marie, our server, was so helpful in our menu selections and keeping us supplied. Food was satisfying. Cool music. Art always interesting. Very soul satisfying meal for our first night in town. We may go back and have drinks on patio!

Good variety of food to order. Fried chicken plate is great. The steak and fries was a little tough but the garlic butter gave a nice seasoning. Added salads to both meals. Well worth the upgrade.
