Excellent food, service, and waitress! CC Combo was awesome!
Not the best! Wish I would have waited to eat something else around the Disney Springs service stunk, defiantly not Disney Friendly, food not bad but not great, pricey for the quality and quantity of food (Shrimp and Grits 20 for 6 shrimp and a square fried grit cake, 12.00 for a meal of bacon mac and cheese which was more like the size of a side dish).
Fabulous restaurant and great service! They were quick and our waiter was amazing! We will definitely be back.
Able to make online reservations, service was wonderful, best fried chicken that ive ever had.
We find the variety of the food at the House of Blues to be excellent. we can chose from several different types.
We chose this restaurant because we had tickets for the nights event. Our reservation was at 6:30 and we were seated around 6:45. Our overall experience was very good. Burgers were large and tasty and cooked as ordered. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back.
We had a mixed group: four adults, two children and it was ideal.
Nice atmosphere and food was served hot. Staff was accommodating to our food allergy. Food was good.
Everything was fantastic from the seating the service the food and the timing, our server Heather was fantastic A+ .. she was a pleasant server attentive all out great experience thank you again
Arrived at 8.55 for table booked at 9 to be told we had to wait 25 minutes (no point booking?) but even after waiting we had to go and check if the table was ready. One child was asleep by the time the food arrived and the other so tired he barely ate anything. Two orders of swordfish both overdone on the underside, jambalaya dry and overpriced. To be fair, we didn't complain at the time but it was just getting so late we couldn't be bothered. Waitress was great but sadly this didn't make up for everything else; the only meal in Orlando where we felt we had wasted our money. Hard rock cafe is better value for money and food and atmosphere is better too.
All nice apart from sweet potatoes waffle fries were cold and chewy was offered fresh but had a show to get to still charged extra for them
The food was fantastic, atmosphere was great! But Heather, our server, was like family! She was amazing!!!
VERY LOUD. Greasy food and drinks with no alcohol. I had the strawberry basil smash and it tasted like sugary strawberry syrup.... sent it back for wine. I had the turkey burger and my daughter had tacos both below average.... just like all of the other places in Orlando!
Very good waiter and hot food
House of Blues was a great choice for dinner with the family. The food was good and service was great. I would definitely go there again.
Great comfort food at an affordable price. There was a band playing live music outside on the patio area and there was a concert planned in the attached venue! Fun place to visit when you're at Disney Springs.
Got a 20% off discount at dining just because we attended a concert that night. Great food great service
Terrible place, horrible service!
The food was good and the server was great! I will come back soon!
Food was amazing, only thing was the restaurant wasn't too full so I didn't feel like I needed to make a reservation. All in all we had an amazing time and will definitely be back!!!
Food was great! Drinks too. Ryan was our server and was excellent as well.
Great place to have dinner with friends, they have a big selection and something for everyone.
Decent food and drinks Good service. Reasonable priced.
Our waitress JQ gets 5 stars. She was definitely an asset to the company. Food was fair. But service off the charts!!!
The food was very good, the atmosphere was great and the service was outstanding! Our server, Jason, was outstanding! Our drinks were refilled before ever being empty without us having to ask for a refill.
Perfect spot for friends. I had the Kobe burger and thought about it all of the following day. Pretty noisy atmosphere, but great for a night out with friends. Beers were super expensive.
The Ribs were disappointing. We sent the first ones back - overdone and tough and the second set were not much better. The other food items ordered were good.
There was no live music inside the restaurant. Besides the food is too spiced
We've been to House of Blues in Chicago several times but we were really disappointed in the food at the Orlando location. Sent my daughters fish tacos back but we wanted to send back almost everything. The chicken pasta was the only decent dish at the table. Thumbs downs to the voodoo shrimp appetizer, chicken gumbo and jambalaya. Loved the atmosphere but the food was less than decent. Won't be back.
Great location and fun spot. Food and service excellent. Always one of my top choices when in the Disney area.
The service was great, very attentive. Food was good, but the burger was well not medium as ordered.
Our server Ian did a great job!
I did not find anything I liked to eat. Everything has spices. Our server was great but didn't stay long.
Dinner and a show! We enjoyed dinner at The House of Blues prior to the Circus Soleil show at Disney Springs.
Our reservation was late afternoon and we had no problem getting a table or quick service. It was perfect!
My boyfriend and I drove from Jacksonville, FL to watch Tennis and Spoon perform here, but came early enough to enjoy dinner at The House of Blues restaurant too. The food was flavorful and cooked well (Spicy Calamari, Salmon Salad, and BBQ Chicken Pizza), but what made things even better is the impeccable service that Phill provided us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, cared for, and was just overall cheerful - so so pleasant to be around.
The service for our group of 4 along with another a table of 8 was wonderful, the service was friendly, fast, and delicious. The voodoo shrimp should NEVER be overlooked one taste and you are begging for more, the cajun pasta that followed it was just what my taste buds needed. I would strongly recommend visiting for lunch or dinner!!
Visiting from Cali, we decided to have dinner since we visited HOB in NOLA. We love their corn bread, must have. My husband ordered a hamburger and I ordered HOB house salad. The food was ok, our server not so great. He just didn't seem to care and the few times he would check on us, he would walk away as my husband would be talking. It's a nice place to visit but our experience with the server wasn't all that great.
The girl at counter was not friendly. The guy walking us to the table obviously found that very annoying. Our waitress tried to be friendly but it felt like she rather would have us gone. She didn't process our coupon but did ask for 18 % tip. The noise inside is so bad you have to shout to talk.
Liked everything except the inepness with reservation. 8:00 turned into 8:40 and was told that special requests are not passed on from OpenTable.
