I love the ambience of this place, a very pleasant place to eat or just drink - inside and out. There is an expanse of seating out front and there is a well stocked bar on the porch.
Obviously, blues is playing through the sound system which goes very well with the decor. Service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. The jambalaya with Cajun shrimp I had was delicious and just spicy enough. I didn't have to add any of the hot sauces that were on the table. My nephew said his steak salad was very tasty, but he is not a fan of brussels sprouts that came on the side. I ate one of them and it could have been cooked a tiny bit longer, but it was delicious. I would have finished them but i was full from my own dinner.
I hadn't been here in years and I hope I don't have to wait that long to return. This is one of my favorite restaurants.
very nice dining experience
Great food. Nice waitress. Service great until dessert. Slow as restaurant got busy and long worst for check I will come
Back but that could be better
Great service from door to table. Food just blah. Ribs very tough, sent back, and new order was just as inedible - just warmer. Wings were good and kids liked the mac and cheese. Brisket very spicy on one plate, and flavorless on another - without us adding any sauce to either.
Maybe just an off night, but it would be tough to convice the wife to head here again for food.
The restaurant is good but not special. The service was very friendly. But the reason to go to the House of Blues - Orlando is basically the live music and shows. On the night we went there we saw a show from Selwyn Birchwood that was really good! The guy is a great guitar player and his band is awesome. We really enjoyed the show!
We ate at House of Blues before my son's Disney Marathon. We like to eat here when we're in Orlando. The food is very good and reasonably priced. There's plenty of variety in the menu.
The service is excellent, and the location in Disney Springs gives the opportunity to wander and shop before or after eating.
The check in was really poor, we waited over 30 mins to be seated and it was very disorganised.
Everything else was very good.
Always a good experience at HOB! Great food. Fun atmosphere.
I felt that the food was salty. The ribs were to dry. Our waitress had to many tables and was forgetful to bring our drinks order.
I somehow expected more than what was delivered. I felt in the end that it should be classified as a tourist trap rather than a good quality joint serving up good southern fare. I ordered smoked chicken which was already cut up, not seasoned and starting to dry out. The accompanying baked beans were colder than room temperature and the corn bread was rock hard. Who would expect the redeeming piece was the coleslaw? Would don’t plan on coming back.
Very friendly server! Great recommendations
very delicious food, prepared in a very timely manner. the atmosphere is excellent, with great music playing.kids loved it, and adults loved it.
First time visiting a House of Blues. The Carolina Mess appetizer was amazing! The service was great. The atmosphere of the restaurant is a must-see for a music fan like myself!
I expected something different for new year's eve. Food was good, though
It had been several years since we had been here and the menu had changed. We were disappointed with the lack of choices. One of my daughters didn’t even eat, she got food at Splitsville. Probably will not eat here again.
Excellent food and service. Food was fresh and hot. Waitress was very friendly, I will be back.
Blackened salmon was awesome! Manager was very nice and accommodating after a mishap with the order!
Had a great time before our concert next door. Food was great and service was good will come back again soon.
Service was great. Food was tasty. Very noisy plus we sat behind folks with screaming children. Not the place if you want a quiet dining experience. But good otherwise.
I wish they still had the lobster mac and cheese on the menu...
Not impressed and overpriced. The only good thing was are waiter
Our family dined at House of Blues for dinner during our Disney location. Our waitress was friendly and the food was delicious. There were options for everyone, including gluten free. The ferry in Disney Springs is convenient to get to and from the restaurant.
We visited House of Blues on our last night visiting Disney World. The table was ready within 5 minutes after we arrived. Our server was extremely helpful and got all of our order corrrect. (We had a part of 7.) The Pulled pork sandwich was very tasty. I loved the brioche bun on the cheeseburger.
Danielle is an excellent server. Food was very good.
Great service but over priced for food that was average or a bit below average. Good location though for a pre-show dinner.
The Food was just average, nothing really to write home about. Next time I will do a little more research and try to find a better place
We had 10 people for dinner. Food and service were great. One guest was sick after eating too spicy of food. Really nice experience for a group that was going to listen to Slickwood, a local band next door.
New menus. Did not have all the items available. However, what the did have was flavorful with generous portions. Pretty noisy. Most was the result of a single waiter that talked loud and incessantly.
Would go again soon
Went here for my 21st birthday dinner and I really had a great time! We ordered the hot wings and we were thankful that Nirvana (our server) warned us about how hot they were! We got them without the hot sauce and they were HUGE! My girlfriend got a cheeseburger and when it was brought to us we both laughed at how big it was. I ordered a cocktail and although it was pricey, it was nice to get a little souveneir for the price. My girlfriends aunt was pleased with her salad, and said the macaroni and cheese I ordered was the best she had ever tasted. I would go back again! Great place, and great vibes!
Server was great but the venue is WAY to crowded
Waiter was very attentive & funny. Food was delicious! Although it was busy everything came out quickly.
Waitress was so incredibly rude that the whole table noticed and talked about it.
Came here for the Luke Combs concert and ate at the restaurant beforehand. We ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger and the pulled pork sandwich with fries, coleslaw and bread & butter pickles with sodas. We also ordered the skillet Mac & Cheese as an appetizer. The ONLY thing that had ANY taste was the Brioche Bun that my pulled pork sandwich was on and the pulled pork was pretty good. The fries, coleslaw and bread & butter pickles had NO taste. The skillet Mac and cheese was very watery and very tasteless. We even asked them to remake it and drain the water and it came back the same way. The sodas were $3.75 each and even with free refills, that is way overpriced. Our server Alex was amazing and we tipped him well, but the good was NOT worth the price we paid. I would NOT go back and regret spending my hard-earned money on this. I've had tastier fast food.
We were thrilled! Flat bread, jambalaya, Cajun chicken fettuccine are fantastic and so spicy and flavorful! Bead Pudding to kill for, enough to share wit four! We were not expecting such a stupendous dining experience for reasonable price! Will return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Seated right away. Waitress was attentive. Food was delicious.
The Jambalaya is one of my favorite dishes here. You will never go wrong with that. You have to try the jalapeño cornbread. My picture is also you should try...the Carolina slaw - fries with pulled pork, jalapeños, cheese, and Carolina BBQ sauce.
Tried to order salmon rare and was told by the waiter that the kitchen would not do it and would only serve well done. Perplexing that a kitchen would refuse to cook something like that to order. Anything on a Disney property seems to have its own special definition of customer service (they are oddly authoritarian). On the plus side, the jambalaya and brisket were good, as was the House hurricane, and our waiter was a gent who meant well.
Our waiter was fantastic. The food came out promptly and was delicious! We were pleasantly surprised, because sometimes theme park style dining can be rushed, crowded, slow, and sub par. We will be back.
Not sure what has happened to HOB, but the menu was completely different from what we were used to. Favorite selections were missing (one in particular that my husband, whose 75th b'day was the reason we chose HOB, was the meatloaf and mashed potatoes), and selections available were just not that good. We left feeling as if we would probably not come back, and wishing we had gone with another choice we had which was Paradisio.
We had a great time, the brisket and corn bread was fantastic and our server was exceptional.
