We were seated in such a bad place that we left..right after finding they only had canned beer. Not even on beer on tap.
Food wasn’t as good as usual. Service was good though.
Great service , waiter - Terry was extremely knowledgeable about the the menu , and made us feel at home . The atmosphere was nice inside , however lacked some pizzazz as the outside was adorned nicely I would have liked to hear more jazz music and not rock type . That’s just preference. The food was ok , considering the choices of places to dine it was a nice experience.
Live music outdoors but we were not offered an outdoor seat. Inside smelled. Food was average
Such a fun place and the food was wonderful! Jambalaya was delicious, my Mom had Shrimp and Grits and it was amazing and my Son had the strip steak and said it was perfect. Our server was sweet and attentive. I definitely recommend this restaurant!!!
Nothing too special either the food honestly. At least not for dinner. The skin of the fried chicken was delicious crunch and seasoning but then the actual meat had ZERO season. The Mac and Cheese looked so creamy but once we took a bite, the sauce was literally water. Super disappointed.
We did enjoy the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. And our waitress was great.
This was our first time, saying it was good is an understatement! This was was beyond nice, I didn’t know if I wanted to eat or dance. The atmosphere inside and outside was a good vibe! Also, both waiters went beyond excellent customer service.
Really good experience. Excellent service with many smiles
We have been going to brunch at HOB for quite awhile. We love everything about it. I you want to relax with good food, drinks and music. This is the place to be. We will be back!!
Our Server Mark was simply AMAZING. He had great energy, helped with the menu items suggestions and was just GREAT!!! We will be looking to have Mark again, we had such a good with him!!!!
It’s was Mother’s Day and we thought the Brunch would be special. My daughter-in-law’s avocado toast was burnt. When we asked for a replacement, the second avocado toast was also burnt. Very disappointed since it was a special day and her meal was hardly edible. Other dishes were acceptable. Would not order avocado toast.
Unlimited mimosas with lots of yummy food items for brunch.
Great food, service, and atmosphere! Fun, yet covid safe
House of Blues is one of our favorite restaurants to frequent when we vacation in Orlando (about 3-4 times per year) however, this trip we were not impressed. There were 6 of us altogether [myself, husband, 4 kids (3 with special needs)]. The reservation we made on Open Table was great and we were seated near the time we chose on the app, but once we were seated it took 25 minutes for our drink orders to be taken. It took another 15 minutes to receive our drinks and two of them were wrong. I tried explaining I thought the Sprite flavoring was out because it tasted like soda water and the waiter had no idea what I was talking about and hadn’t offered another drink choice - his second trip out with the correct drink for my son he finally understood what I was talking about and realized he made the mistake of bringing me someone else’s order of club soda and the other lady from another table my Sprite - and it took another 10 minutes for me to receive the right drink. We were not given enough silverware or napkins for the 6 of us that were seated at the table and each of the 3 times we mentioned it, it was never brought to our table - another staff member brought silverware/napkins instead. It took about 45 minutes for our entrees to arrive and quality was much lower than all of the other times we’d ever visited the restaurant. Overall, we were just really unhappy with this experience.
the waitress wasn't the best but I know waitressing can be hard. smash burger is the best burger ever. my husband said the ny strip was just ehhh.
The lady that serve us was excellent, she was on point
Food was good

Service was great
Average food, average service. Testy host staff.
Good food, great service - and we love the location at Disney Springs!
It was overall a neat experience on vacation. Food was not the best but the same as the food at the House of Blues Las Vegas.
First time and it was amazing. Definitely will go again when I come to orlando
Food and service were great. I like the music selection as well.
Our service was amazing, everyone was super friendly and flyer food was good. Just wished they carried Coors Light at the bar!
Loved the atmosphere and service. Thought food was overpriced and subpar. Ribs should fall off the bone, had to tug and pull to get them apart. Brisket was about as tender as a Sunday roast. Maybe being from Oklahoma, we’re used to Oklahoma and Texas BBQ which is much, much better.
EXCELLENT the food was AMAZING and the serve was THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD
Good food, good service
One of our favorite places to dine in Orlando. We are frequent dinners.
The food is consistently very good, great atmosphere and very friendly and attentive staff.
The staff was courteous and professional. Not to mention the food was delicious. Great job!!
We went during a cheer conference so occupancy was at a maximum. We had reservations thankfully, and were seated immediately. Service and food was excellent. Foods a bit pricey, but anything associated with Disney is going to be. Will definitely return! Had outdoor music on the patio, creating a very nice vibe.
Met up with my daughter to have lunch before going to the parks.
Waiter was so kind
waiter didn’t take drink order, hostess had to come back and check for drinks. waiter forgot appetizer, took an hour to get food
Great place, our waiter was incredible. We all loved the food the decor and atmosphere. Food was delicious.
music too loud for a average conversation with table mates, AC too cold, blowing on my table, made us want to get up and leave soon after eating, just to warm up outside.
Came for a late dinner and was seated promptly. Food was good but service just ok.
Great food, atmosphere and service. We will be back for sure!
