The service was slow. It took over 15 minutes just for our server to greet us. I understand he may have been overwhelmed. We weren't upset. And again it could have just not been the best day for him. He seemed exhausted. On the other hand, the food was delicious. We went for brunch. The atmosphere was really nice and spaced out. I felt safe and not on top of people. The menu was very appealing as were the beverages. There was also a live musician there. She was pretty good.
Our experience was great food was awesome live music was perfect volume
Food was good, not great. Live entertainment made the experience more enjoyable.
Was all good except the food
Service was good. The ribs a
Celebrating my sisters one year anniversary
Great food and music. The staff seemed to be quite a bit overwhelmed, maybe they were short staffed that day (it was my first time there, so I don't know if that is typical). But if not, they definitely need to add additional staff because it did affect the service a bit.
Food was great from the apps to the entrees. Service was excellent, restaurant was clean as we watched them continuously sanitize
Delicious food, great service, interesting and engaging decor.
Our server was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the food and helpful reminding us about happy hour! We had a wonderful experience!
Have been at this location and other house of blues. First time the food was sub bar in taste and came out cold after taking a while
Food and service was excellent. Expected to hear blues music playing, but was surprised to hear pop instead.
I would recommend the HoB to anyone looking for great food in a nice cozy setting. We went for New Years dinner. The food was great. The live music was nice. Everybody was awesome.
Just so-so. Not bad. Not great.
Didn't realize live music was obly outside when I made our reservation for NYE. BBQ sauce is very spicy. I could hardy eat my BBQ chicken salad because it was so spicy!
We were there for NYE - felt completely safe and distanced!
Loved this place.
We always enjoy coming to House of Blues. A little disappointed that the live music is outside, but I totally understand why that's necessary right now. You can still sit outside and listen to it and order food & drinks. Had to get an extra bowl of gumbo to go because it's so good! We're never disappointed coming to House of Blues. You won't be either.
Service and food was excellent! We had a wonderful experience for our anniversary.
Fantastic food and the waiter was phenomenal!
Outdoor seating with patio heaters and live music. Our waitress Jamie was absolutely outstanding! We had a great night even if some of the food was just okay. The ambiance, happy hour drink specials, and fantastic service made up for it.
I cannot lie, this was my first trip to the HoB to eat, and I really expected it to be just like the food at the Hard Rock. I was completely wrong about that assumption. This was some of the best food we had on our trip to Disney World and Universal Studios. The environment was fantastic for a date night with my wife, and we could look out on the water from the rear dining area and see the town glowing in the night.
I ordered their Bar B Que platter with two different meats, the ribs and the brisket. We are from Texas and are quite acquainted with both of these items regularly. I normally do not even both trying them at other restaurants because they often arrive tough and tasteless.
The Bar B Que at HoB was both delicious and moist. The brisket was tender and cooked to perfection and the ribs were seasoned just right. I was massively surprised and my wife and I had not even been out bar hopping yet. Our server was very personable and quick with requests.
Overall, this was one of the better dining experiences that I had while I was in Orlando, and I will 100% return to any HoB after this as well!
The staff was upbeat and very friendly. Our server was fantastic, the food was delicious and we enjoyed the atmosphere. An absolutely favorite restaurant!!
Great ambiance. 5:45 pm reservation and seated at 6:30. Service slow to start for sure. Food good not great. Ambiance really cool though.
Great service, food was great!
Great experience. Only negative was I made an online reservation earlier in the day, when I showed with my party we still had to wait an extra 40 minutes.
Wonderful waitress and all staff. 2 Birthday celebrations. Had a great time and really enjoyed food!
HOB is always a good time. Food was good. Think the server may have been a little overwhelmed with many tables. She was amazingly courteous but absent a good portion of the dinner and it seemed she forgot some of our order. Nonetheless, positive experience overall.
The food was excellent (New York strip and shrimp and grits). Drinks were very good as well (cocktails). Recommend to anyone new to Disney Springs.
The menu prices increased since last I was there...but the food is still great!
Waiting along time before approached by server. Waited awhile for food and other request.
Service and food were great. Server very attentive. Portions are great. We were late for our reservation and they were understanding.
Food was barely only adequate. Monitor drink was good.
Was expecting a much better vibe however between XMas eve and Covid, it was really quiet. Not what you would expect for a Blues bar /restaurant.
Brisket tacos were amazing but brisket nachos Barely got any brisket and I would’ve expected things besides just pickled onions add the cheese. Have had loaded pork Nachos at other restaurants were amazing you need to improve on these.
Celebrating birthday, anniversary and graduation. Never been here. Loved the ambiance. Loved the bbq brisket nachos. Our entree weren’t as spectacular as others have mentioned. Jalapeño Cornbread was dry and crumbly, I had shrimp po boy it’s was ok, my son had ribs & it’s wasn’t falling off the bone as mentioned. My fiancé had andouille with baked beans it’s was ok snd burger my daughter had was ok.
I think maybe do not go during a holiday day as we went Christmas Eve maybe it’s wasn’t the regular chef cooking.
I wouldn’t recommend
The staff and our waitress were great. Food was delicious. I would definitely return to this location.
As always an incredible experience . My favorite restaurant at Disney springs area.
We came here for a surprise Engagement. Staff was accommodating as well as the Manager to give us seats together. We were a party of 15. The food was excellent as the other chains. Definitely will be back.
We were served by Mark and also Mike. The service was outstanding, Mark was beyond attentive and I tell you what bottomless means bottomless mimosas. The glass was never empty. I ended up getting some bad news while I was here and I felt like I was around friends. Mark and Mike went over and above with the customer service. I am writing this as I sit in house of blues again today, how could we not come back after yesterday. Please let these two gentleman know how exceptional they are and make sure they get the gratification they deserve. Kindest regards Mark, Evita and Sebastian.
