There was a slight confusion with my reservation, but the staff was super friendly, the food was really good, and the value was great.
Great live music during our dinner. Food was good and the service even better.
Outstanding service from Mary Ann. Food was good and prepared perfectly.
We had the perfect serving of hospitality for our Thanksgiving night visit.
Our server was as warm and attentive as they come.
We left full and pleased with the good food and even better hospitality.
We plan the evening for Thanksgiving dinner with friends without having to actually cook. The food came out fairly soon after ordering, unfortunately not as hot as expected, the turkey & mashed potatoes were a little dried, so neither were finished. The collar greens which is always a staple of a southern meal consisted of a small portion of only about 5 tablespoons weren’t enough & disappointingly was not available to order more. Overall the taste of the corn bread stuffing, candied carrots, gravy, collard greens was good. The plating and presentation was nice, as were the employees and price.
Turkey dinner value was very good but $9 for a sliver of average pumpkin pie was overpriced even for Vegas.
Food and service was excellent. My husband had some anticipation because of the setting; he thought "the tables looked like it was going to be a picnic in the park"; but the food was very, very good. We brought our leftovers home and ate them a couple hours later. Great place to eat and have drinks.
We really enjoyed our food and dinner and dessert. We would have liked a little better attention from our waitress. She seemed to have a lot of tables to serve.
The food and service were excellent! Everyone treated us very well.
Had the Jambolia. Loved it!
We ate here before a show on a Monday night. The service was quick and the food was really good. The cocktail with the blackberry’s in it was my favorite one.
My server Lucas was outstanding. It was nice and peaceful as it was between rushes. The music was just the right level. My burger wasn’t great. It was hard to tell there was cheese stuffed in it and it was very dry.
It's about what you expect from this chain. The server was professional. The food was good but not outstanding. Non-blues music played live from a Mellancamp wannabe. But overall a good cap to the evening.
Food was excellent—very tasty. Only complaint was the ice tea—weak and so old it was cloudy. Weird for a southern food place. Also took two tries to get a knife.
Food was good and a good value . I had the ribs had eaten there before
In Las Vegas as a group of 7. First stop after checking in = House of Blues LV. We were seated right away and were well taken care of by the staff. Food was excellent, tasty and well prepared. I had the fried chicken and it great!
We bought a $30 gift card and received a free $20 certificate to use with it. It was a great value. The food was great and so was the service. We had a bonus of live entertainment while we dined. We didn't have to wait very long for our food. I recommend it.
Great place to pick up some local energy as well as good food.
Our server Christine was excellent! She was attentive, made great suggestions for an appetizer—and shared that some of our selections were her favorites. She was very knowledgeable of the menu.
Food was great. Hardly any wait time with reservation. Live entertainment was also great. Will return when in town.
It was convenient as we stayed at the Delano but the food was ok. Sometimes it seemed as though it could’ve used more flavor and other times it was a little to salty. Sangria was great...has a sneak attack affect.
Good vibe/ awesome food
Good Service. I had the Jambalaya and felt that it was just average.
We felt rushed even though we had reservations prior to the show and had plenty of time. Food arrived with appetizer. Incorrect side dishes.
Great shrimp appetizer, but extremely poor quality on the steaks. At first only had butter knives to cut with because we were told there were no clean steak knives at the time. This would have been fine with quality steak, but these were Grade A at best. Tough and no flavor. Sorry
Disappointed in the waiter. Did not seem happy that my wife and I shared a meal.
Could not talk to each other because music was too loud. Girls in the store were very nice and helpful.
Time was a bit tight due to a flight delay with friends that were meeting up, but thanks to the great service here we still had time for a wonderful meal ahead of the concert at the House of blues next door.
Server was quite rude and annoying
And treated us like we had never been to a restaurant before.
Your food was not that good, especially for the prices. The waiter was horrible. He grabbed plates and took them with out asking if I was finished. Twice. I was not. I asked for a dessert menu. He brought it while my wife was in the restroom, so obviously she could not see it. I asked him about something. He must have assumed I wanted that, because he snatched the menu out of my hand and ran off with it. I loudly called out to him to bring it back. He did not. I had to get up and chase him to get the menu back.
I spoke with the manager the way, and told her that between the overpriced, mediocre food, and the arguably worst service I have ever received, the chance of me ever coming in that restaurant ever again were zero. The reason we ate there was because we were going to a show in the House of Blues. The show was good, but we did not care for the venue, the air quality was poor, and I felt exits were insufficient.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your visit! Please check your inbox for a direct message from us so a member of the management team can reach out to you! Thank you!
This restaurant/ venue is so wonderful, we go every time we’re in Vegas!
Awesome food and great service! Best chicken and waffles, fresh fruit, seafood and desserts!
Good food. Fried chicken was tasty. Heidi was an excellent server. Had fun.
Service was excellent
Did not like being seated in the back room. No atmosphere. Was told I had no choice even though I reserved a few days in advance.
Excellent service and food. Priced well.
Dinner before concert. Apparently a computer issue was backing up the kitchen. Funny thing though, several tables dotted after us received their orders before us. One even had their order corrected. Our server was no where to be seen so we asked another and she sent a manager to apologize and she would look into it. Eventually meals came after almost an hour leaving us rushed to eat before the concert. Salmon was undercooked and could not be eaten. Now we are out of time! At least they took the salmon off the bill!
This restaurant was very convenient to have dinner before the Santana show later in the evening. The service was very good and the food was good. The bread pudding was a good recommendation.
Good food, good service & enjoyed the music from the performer who performs on Sunday nights.
We have been for 4 years and 7 visits to House of Blues Restaurant & bar but its changed. The atmosphere was OK but the dinner menu and food was poor, we had 3 meals 2 of which were not enjoyed especially the flatbread pizza which had so much cheese it was inedible. We moved as soon as we had eaten to the next door bar which was brilliant and loved this - we stayed 2 hours.
House of Blues in Las Vegas is a good value. Generous portions and live entertainment make it an easy pick. My only problem is with their promotions. I am signed up for their monthly newsletter that lets me know about deals and concerts. I purchased and printed out one of these deals along with my friends. Each time we used these coupons there was some trouble. Either we printed out the wrong coupon or it just wouldn't get put in properly. I was a pain and planned out poorly in the restuarant. Both times I used my voucher the bill came out wrong. With 3 pages of proving my deal/coupons I didn't know what more they wanted. So be wary. They have these promotions/ deals that are very hard to redeem.
We had reservations and were seated fairly quickly. We were also able to have them move us away from the speaker on stage to a quieter location further back. Our server was over worked (House of Blues seemed short on number of servers). Food was "dry" and items requested (butter for corn) was never provided. We will choose a different food venue before going to House of Blues concert hall.
We were in town for business and decided to make a reservation at the house of blues. Got right in, got one of the best tables in the place , and our server was amazing!! They even did something a little special with our food to make everything just right.
