We had a wonderful time even with the Corunna virus going around. My boyfriend actually proposed to me there and the staff were amazing and offered tons of congratulations, taking pics and videos on their own phones. It was a wonderful experience!

The food and sevice was excellent! We had the Nashville wings and margarhita pizza and both were delicious!

The food was amazing. We had the shrimp tacos and pork nachos. We will definitely be back when in Cleveland again.

Really enjoyed the vibe, food and drinks. I had the Shrimp Tacos. My friends had the Yardbird and Pulled Pork sandwiches. Looked yummy and they really liked them. Took advantage of the opportunity to "jump to the front of the line" for the concert. That perk was definitely worth it!!! Overall, had a fabulous evening at House of Blues, Cleveland. Most definitely will return!!! Thanks.

Jambalaya I have every time and outside of New Orleans it is the best. Gumbo I also give high marks to.

Our server, Ashley, was welcoming and attentive, without being overbearing - she was absolutely outstanding!!!

The food was phenomenal. Ordered the Shrimp Po Boy, had half the population of the gulf coast shrimp in there! Huge sandwich, highly recommend. Very cool place, awesome atmosphere, heck they even gave the women on Valentines Day roses. Won me some serious brownie points, so thank you House of Blues for that!

The food, ambiance and service were great, but the portion size on my catfish was not good for the price!, not even a whole catfish, just a side?! My wife had to have chicken added to her Cajun chicken pasta, these HAVE to be addressed. The taste was excellent, though!

Our meal was ok, not exactly what I was expecting. I ordered shrimp and grits, not your typical meal. My fiance ordered the impossible burger, didnt look like the picture. But all and all, it was okay.

We were very much looking forward to our evening at The House of Blues. Our dinner reservation was at 6:15. We were seated promptly. Our server came over about 5 minutes after being seated. We ordered drinks and we waiting at least 20 minutes for our drinks. We had to ask for water twice before receiving our drinks. Our food took a little over an hour to arrive after ordering. The show that night started at 8. We had to ask for our checks before our food arrived just so we could be on time to see our show. We had about 15 minutes to eat before the show started. Thankfully the music was fantastic. I was very surprised at the service. I'd go back for live music but I would not reccomend dinner there before.

My husband surprised me with dinner and live music for an early Valentine’s Day. The entrance to the restaurant is around the corner rom the entrance to the venue so we didn’t have to wander through a crowd. Reservations are not required but are recommended. We had reservations and were seated immediately. Our waitress was friendly and able to answer our string of questions about the menu. We ordered her recommendations and she did not disappoint!!! Let’s talk gumbo!!!! Best gumbo I e ever had outside of NOLA!!! Deep, rich, and delicious!!! It’s not spicy but there is a good selection of hot sauces on the table. I had the creole pasta and my hubby had some smoked meat. We shared our meals. No dessert for us. We had VIP seating for the concert and were brought up to our seats for the show by a staff member. The lounge available upstairs had live music and great drinks. We had an excellent meal and the venue is just the right size to feel intimate with the size of the crowd. We will definitely be back and I’m so glad to have found this gem only a two hour drive from our home!!!!

Delicious and so much fun! We ate, drank and took a tour up to the Foundation room. After , we attended the Badfish concert. Everything was perfecto.

Food was fantastic! We loved the southern bbq platter and will be back to try other things on the menu. Thanks for a great meal!

My first time dining there and it was great. The food was delicious! The staff were very friendly and quick to serve you. Definitely reccomend it, and I will be returning.

We enjoyed our meal here - I liked the atmosphere and the foot was fantastic. I especially liked the voodoo shrimp and the cornbread was delicious. Server was friendly and timely. We'd definitely come back.

Management and servers were very accommodating to our group of 30 for a team dinner. Food was great, service was quick, very fun and relaxing evening had by all! We particularly appreciated their willingness to do separate checks for each person making it very easy for us to split the bill amongst our 10 families.

Ate here prior to concert at the venue and not only was the food the best I’ve had since I was in New Orleans, it was brought out quickly as well. Pricing is a little high, but expected for location and quality. Good music playing but not too loud.

The cajun pasta with cajun shrimp was amazing. The jalepeno corn bread was incredible. Overall, the best meal I have had in years!

We had VIP for a concert and were treated really well at the restaurant and will definitely do it again!

The food was amazing. Service was prompt and friendly. Was not happy that our waitress would not allow us to walk from the restaurant to the show without spending $60 ($30 per person), especially when some friends of ours showed up at our table and told them they could do so and they didn't even eat at the restaurant. Seemed shady to me.

Drinks were too sweet and too expensive for what you drank

I like the variety of the menu. The food was good, not standard items & presentation was unique. I was disappointed that Happy Hour was not offered in the restaurant at all.

The food was wonderful, but the experience was made AMAZING by our server Andie! She was spot on, and friendly. I would recommend anyone checkout the restaurant for her service alone!
