Wonderful atmosphere to dine in! The entire staff are friendly and helpful! I wish I lived closer so I could more frequently spend time at the House of Blues.
Excellent service, we had a great time celebrating a birthday
Had a wonderful dinner. The staff was amazing as well. Everyone was kind and very helpful. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals. :)
Waitstaff was good. Menu was basic for prices to be so high. I expected more menu choices. Music was great
Very good food, service is great, having live music while you eat is just the icing on the cake.
Anthony our server was fabulous and made dinner fun!!
Blues band was very entertaining during our dinner. The food was also very good!
Dropped by for Happy Hour from 4-6pm at the bar before a show with friends and was very pleased at the good deals and quality of food. Everyone ate and drank their fill on happy hour deals alone! Add to that the warm and lively atmosphere with live music, and this is an excellent and affordable place to hang out with a group of friends for after work drinks.
As an aside: I highly recommend the nachos as a shareable - good price and great taste for a large portion. Other than the garlic truffle fries, it was a table favorite!!
Music and atmosphere was wonderful.
We were impressed at how good the vegan burger was.
The music was perfect! Blues played in the background as we had drinks and heavy appetizers for a sisters reunion. The music picked up as the evening progressed. Great location and fun atmosphere!
Had a great time listening to music in the restaurant. Great service and we shared the machines which were terrific and a dinner for 2!
Employees was doing a webinar in earshot if dining room. Definitely dampened customer experience. I asked to be moved.
The food was great. Fairly priced for the city. I also love the "pass the line" option!
Great time!
Our waitress was great! Mojito was weak, but food was great
Me and my girlfriend went to the House of Blues on a Thursday nights for the who's bad the Michael Jackson Experience show upstairs. We decided to get a bite to eat and let me just say the food was fantastic. The voodoo shrimp appetizer we got was delicious my girlfriend steak was cooked to Perfection and the shrimp and grits that I had were delicious. I would highly advise anyone who has never eaten at the House of Blues to dine at the House of Blues, the chefs are fantastic
Asked for a draft Guinness Stout. Very watery; did not have the correct taste. Waitress returned it, no charge. Brought back can of Guinness. Was fine. Jambalaya was fine. Good band Sweet Potato Zydeco. Parking for two hours at the House of Blues $42. $9 on the street.
Good live music in a fun setting, attentive staff, amazing food. We will definitely be back!
Overpriced, mediocre bar food, and didn't have a good view of the band from the restaurant. Service was slow though the waiter comped us a dessert and gave a discount to make up for it.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing food!
Had such a great time! Great music, great food and good conversation! Loved it!
Thank you
It was really nice event
I will def do it again
The food was great and service was efficient . We greatly enjoyed the entertainment.
Saw Katie Kagan here. Restaurant was very good. It was busy but staff supported each other to make everything work. Show was the best part. Nice restaurant and great venue.
Energetic as the rating for noise? Just LOUD. Couldn't hear or speak to my date. Waited 40 minutes for a server to come to the table, they were unable to provide one of their featured drinks (no stock) my meal was passable, not fantastic, dates meal was cold. Our reservation did nothing to assist in seating. Those without reservations were seated first. After they were all seated, we were seated. I would never go again.
Southern Salad, key lime pie, bread pudding were GREAT! Brisket nachos had very greasy, fried chips so won't do that again.
4 if us had dinner and a concert. Everything was fantastic. Highly reccomend!
Love the music god and overall ambiance we all enjoyed
Always a rockin' good time at HOB. The entertainment during dinner was perfect!
American food, american music, good ambiance! If You can go, you must go
Wonderful experience. The food was excellent and delicious. I highly recommend this Atmosphere. Plan on coming back pretty soon
I'd say the wait staff could have been more attentive! The band was great! We were there celebrating a birthday and they sang us a birthday song! Very fun atomosphere!
When we booked we entered that it was a “birthday” but no one asked us about it. Other than that, great night.
Food was amazing!! We had the Juicy Lucy and the chicken sandwich along with a skillet of Mac and Cheese. Literally best Mac and Cheese I’ve had since my grandmothers five cheese version as a child. The juicy Lucy was very tasty and the chicken sandwich was ridiculously good. Service was fantastic and their Pinot Noir was extremely tasty,
We had a scrumptious dinner and then attended a show at House of Blues. The meal was excellent and the show, which was on the second floor of the venue, was great! The bartenders and staff were extremely friendly and warm. The hall was not overly crowded. I highly recommend House of Blues!
Came to HOB for a special night of music and fun with my sister on a Saturday evening. The artist for the evening was a guy and his guitar. He had a great sound, when he played. He played a short set and then took a 30 minute break. Kind of a bummer and Not so much for dinner and a show. Too bad. I had a better time at Winters Jazz Club the night before.
The server was awful. Nice but poor customer service. Everything took forever. Would forget to bring drinks when asked. Gave us the bill before we were ready to leave. Double charge two of credit cards.
We all had a great time and a great experience! Will definitely recommend it to friends and will go again when in Chicago!
This was our first time, but definitely not the last. The music was great, and the food singer lickin good! Our server Tyler was awesome! We will definitely return!
