Thanks for making my 50th birthday celebration both enjoyable and memorable!! Jake was an excellent server!!!!
We tried going to multiple venues. Your website worked great. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great time, great atmosphere.
Think was first concert since covid.. waiter was great.. food took long time but was good. Little chaotic. I gave 4 instead of 3 taking reopen into account.
Put us in the back even though Many tables on the floor.
Wait staff was excellent, seating by hostess was disappointing. Food was great, drinks were hit and miss. Entertainment was great.
We had a great time. Wonderful music and delicious food.
The Voodoo Shrimp is always outstanding...along with the Shrimp and Grits. Very busy atmosphere since they just reopened due to COVID. Server was pleasant and attentive when we were able to catch her.
Our server was fantastic! The only disappointing feature was our seating. We originally were seated so one of us had our back to the performer. We were told the better seating was reserved. That was not the case. We did get better seating eventually and the rest of the evening was delightful!
I went for a date. It was my first time at the House of Blues and I would come back. The nachos were delicious.
Food should go back to the old Menu .. the food changed
Great as always. Just need to remember there is loud music some nights.
Muy Bien atendido, muy buena comida
Espectáculo blues muy bueno
Service was great and he was very informative but the food and drinks left a lot to be desired. Overly spicy food, very slow coming out and drinks were horrible!
The host, whose name I can’t remember and started with an L, was absolutely fabulous. She was so friendly and went out of her way seat my daughter and I right near the stage
Absolutely wonderful! Food was outstanding, drinks were good and music was great! Loved it!!!
I was expecting a standard franchise experience and was pleased to be surprised. It was an excellent dinner, live blues performance, attentive waiters evening. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg.
I’ve had Jambalaya many times and it wasn’t quite right . Some uncooked rice in it too .
Keither the blues artist was fabulous. Food was good, waiter was curtious and good service . Had a nice time listening to music and eating dinner
House of Blues gets two thumbs up. Ambience and atmosphere were relaxing and inviting. Food and service was perfect. Music was great as well. Very solid dining experience.
Great place great service. The food was good and the waitress was very accommodating.
The restaurant has finally reopened after 16 months due to the pandemic. Only about half the restaurant is open due to lack of staff. The menu is fairly large and diverse so everybody was happy in our party. A few items were not available but it didn't affect what we planned to eat. Our waitress had a great attitude and was helpful but she had a large number of tables to cover. The food was great and we enjoyed our drinks. Service was reasonable given the lack of staff. Water or iced tea was not refilled but we didn't ask, either. We loved the live music during dinner. The ambience was great. Highly recommend if you want some great food with good music.
It was great food was good & love entertainment outstanding
Great food, service and great music! Great value to get a world class concert from a hall of fame jazz vocalist while you enjoy dinner...... This facility was re-opened just 2 days ago...They opened up with a bang!
This was my third time at Chicago’s House of Blues. It was wonderful as usual:great food, a wonderful venue and excellent bands. I think CHOB is a MUST for everyone that comes to the Windy City. I recommend it emphatically!
The live blues was fantastic and there was no cover charge to enjoy the music with your dinner. The salad and wings we had were satisfying. You are going for the music, so don't expect to have a conversation.
Wonderful atmosphere to dine in! The entire staff are friendly and helpful! I wish I lived closer so I could more frequently spend time at the House of Blues.
Excellent service, we had a great time celebrating a birthday
Had a wonderful dinner. The staff was amazing as well. Everyone was kind and very helpful. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals. :)
Waitstaff was good. Menu was basic for prices to be so high. I expected more menu choices. Music was great
Very good food, service is great, having live music while you eat is just the icing on the cake.
Anthony our server was fabulous and made dinner fun!!
Blues band was very entertaining during our dinner. The food was also very good!
Dropped by for Happy Hour from 4-6pm at the bar before a show with friends and was very pleased at the good deals and quality of food. Everyone ate and drank their fill on happy hour deals alone! Add to that the warm and lively atmosphere with live music, and this is an excellent and affordable place to hang out with a group of friends for after work drinks.
As an aside: I highly recommend the nachos as a shareable - good price and great taste for a large portion. Other than the garlic truffle fries, it was a table favorite!!
Music and atmosphere was wonderful.
We were impressed at how good the vegan burger was.
The music was perfect! Blues played in the background as we had drinks and heavy appetizers for a sisters reunion. The music picked up as the evening progressed. Great location and fun atmosphere!
Had a great time listening to music in the restaurant. Great service and we shared the machines which were terrific and a dinner for 2!
Employees was doing a webinar in earshot if dining room. Definitely dampened customer experience. I asked to be moved.
The food was great. Fairly priced for the city. I also love the "pass the line" option!
