Server was nice. Manger was nice. Seated quickly. Burger was good but fries were super hard. Terrible! Never eating fries here again.
Reservations stated outside but we were sat inside. Could barely hear any music until the 1 man band came on. Food is hit or miss having flavor. Voodoo shrimp came out cold and jambalaya had no flavor and a piece of fatty chicken. Voodoo shrimp was still good even though it was cold. Carolina mess was very tasty and so were the mushroom tacos. Staff (Jen waitress) is great and took care of the problems we had. Would recommend some more items that arent spicy seems everyrhing om the menu had jalapenos.
Had a great meal while in the area for a basketball tournament. Great energy, décor and music. The shrimp app is to die for! Would definitely go back
Made a reservation for my wife's 60th birthday. The experience was fantastic and well worth the drive.
Amazing!!! Justin is the BEST!!! Has the eBay time with friends
Visiting from out of town 🤗
Food was very pricy for such a small portion. I ordered the jambalaya and when my plate came out, the four of us were very shocked for a $15 plate, it looked like a plate of appetizer.
The poor waiter was new and was very polite, but lied to us when he said he was checking on our drink ticket. The only reason how we knew he lied was the fact that we saw our drink ticket on his tray while he was fibbing to us, saying they were really backed up, but our drinks are on its way out to us right now.
Two out four of our drinks were completely watered down. Another one was not an Old Fashioned, but they tried to pass it off as an Old Fashioned.
We kept telling the waiter that we are in a rush because we were there to see Dashboard Confessional. We told him we needed the check and he said he would get it for us, came back around 10 minutes later and still, no check. We had to ask him again and expressed that we needed to go, he finally came back with the check.
Overall, we were very disappointed. We would never dine here again.
Great place for dinner with the teenagers!! They were very attentive to our families needs.
Our food (fried chicken) took a half hour even though the restaurant was empty. When it finally came, it was way overdone-almost burnt. Waitress was very slow to respond to requests.
Great live music while you enjoy a delicious meal. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Very Good Experience! I love this place! And the service extraordinary! Our Server Daniel very nice person and great service! We are happy for all attention. Other guy to helped me was Manager Luis really nice service too! Thanks Guys for make me a great experience!
Great food, even better service. Plus live music too.
Our server, Taylor, was fabulous. I like to order off of staff recommendations. Everything she recommended was wonderful from the shrimp appetizer to the bread pudding dessert. Great food. Great service. We’ll be back soon!
We had a blast are server was Kyle he was outstanding!!!!
Worst beef brisket I have ever had and my wife’s Cobb salad was far from a normal Cobb salad and the chicken was smoked so long it was dry and tasted like beef jerky. Would not go back. Guess there is a reason it was dead there on a Friday night!!
Fantastic service and great ambiance. Live entertainment was at a perfect volume for conversation at the table and was all recognizable. Great place for a date night!
We had a reservation for 445 and we did not get seated till 520pm when we got seated half the restaurant was empty
Grea best t music Great food...Great date night Great service
Went here for my boyfriend's birthday. The experience was overall nice. I was slightly disappointed with portion size of our meals but the music was great. Lighting was low and gave off a great vibe.
Anniversary dinner. Our server, Ryan was great. Matt Koerner was singing in the restaurant and was excellent!
OMD concert. Date with my husband good experience
Love the sangria our waiter Dakota was excellent!!!
The restaurant at House of Blues in Anaheim was great. Everything was solid and when we needed information about the concert later that night, all of the support staff was kmowleadgeabe and very helpful. Food was good and the prices were very reasonable.
Love the new location. Great food & intimate size for concerts. Parking should be free for guests IMHO.
Great food and service, we had a few drinks and lovely dinner. Overall wonderful night.
It was a great evening. Food was good and there was a Karaoke band—they were awesome and so much fun. We had a really good time!
HOB ANAHEIM is a very special place! Outstanding ambiance and decor. Top notch cocktails and brews. Service is excellent, especially Dining Server RYAN and supervisors Tom Blair and Luis! BBQ, Salads and Desserts are all very good. Prices a bit high, but similar to other theme restaurants next to Disneyland Resort. Check out HOB Anaheim reviews on TripAdvisor too.
Great venue. Liquor prices too high
We tried but there were to many negatives. The service was excellent. The food was cold and overly spiced. Not j just a bit hot (which is fine) but caked with spice. They seem to be trying hard so I hope they get a few things figured out.
This was my first experience at the House of Blues in Anaheim. I attended a hardhat media invite in February 2017 when it was in the construction faze, so it was a treat to see the venue up in full force.
It was absolutely an all -around music induced atmosphere. There was a singer on his guitar, which was a pleasant accompaniment to my delicious mesquite bacon, Swiss hamburger, minus the crunchy jalapenos. I thought the price was reasonable and comparable to other restaurants.
Some friends ordered salads, which they said, they were not impressed and felt like they just got a pile of lettuce for a good chunk of change.
The service was a little slow, but our waiter was courteous and accurate with our orders.
We met at the HOB for a pre-concert with the Journey Cover Band, DSB, so it was an excellent way to kickoff the very spectacular show they put on.
I love this restaurant. This location is very pleasant with indoor and outdoor dining. The food is cajun/creole and yummy.
Got the brisket tacos... they were terrible. Cheap, store like tortillas. 3 of those for $14?? No thank you. The brisket was crunchy instead of soft. Will never eat dinner there again.
Service was terrible. I had to ask several times to get water refills. Once our order was taken we did not see our waitress again until it was time to pay. Had to get up and go the bar for anything that we needed. Never did get a bag to take our leftovers home in. I certainly won't go back!
So good! An absolute must!
Close to Disneyland, worth 10 minutes walking from Disneyland.
Delicious BBQ and excellent server!
Although we had a reservation, we had to wait an HOUR to be seated. We were seated in a corner where we had NO VIEW of the entertainment then moved to a more desirable table. We were not given any tableware and when we asked for napkins, we were given a handful of paper napkins. Upon 2nd request, we finally received cloth napkins and silverware. We were told by the waiter that we were NOT allowed to bring any leftovers upstairs with us to the FOUNDATION ROOM, which seemed odd.
House of Blues did not disappoint! The food was absolutely AMAZING! The service was top of the line as well. Live entertainment, and smiles all around. I absolutely loved it. Will definitely be back again soon!
Everything and most people were amazing. However security was really rude. This Elvis looking guy was just being rude to people. Didn’t want to give me direction. Didn’t smile. Told me to get out of line when I was just looking for my fiancée when I got out of the bathroom. Besides that food was good. The guy serving my table was an awesome guy. And had a good time at the concert. Definitely will come back just hope that rude guy isn’t working again.
Service was sub par. Waiter couldn’t even remember that I had tea and put water in my glass. LOL. Just one of those places that may be fun to get a beer or drink at but that’s about it. Just my opinion others may think it’s great. Go see for yourself is always my advice.
It was our first time, and we had reservations but arrived about an hour early but were seated at a great table RIGHT AWAY. Had voodoo shrimp and wine and it was spectacular. We loved the " modern twist on southern cuisine" (not your usual southern menu). The food was fantastic. We shared a cobb salad and it was the BEST one we've ever had. We will definitely come back and bring friends. Thank you for a GREAT nite out !
