   This pandemic has wreaked havoc on everything and the service industry is not impervious. This is a really cute concept space. We thought there would be pizza/ flat bread, but then we noticed the pizza oven was not lit. We ordered a trio of gauc dips and the enchilada. We tried to order the queso app. but we were informed they 86'd it (it was 6:30 pm and the menu is quite small) The food that we could order was good. The stand out being the enchilada with the Carne adovada and black beans was excellent. The guacamole trio was fresh, but the primary difference in flavor profiles was only modified with a spice mix placed on top. After the first couple of bites, the two of 3 dips were the same. The server was very sweet and apologetic about the menu items. The atmosphere was fun and lively. I would come back and give it another try.

   House of Better was exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for -- a fun, casual place where we could sit outside on a lovely night in wine country and have delicious, creative but unpretentious food. Our waiter was charming and real, and he was both knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. We felt like we were eating at a friend's restaurant. And the pie! Oh man...SO GOOD.

   Really enjoyed the casual and cool atmosphere. It was not as expensive a some but very fresh and delicious food.

   The staff were so friendly and attentive and the food was fantastic. The only problem was the smoke coming from the outdoor wood burning stove, but that was because the wood had gotten wet - probably not a problem usually.

   This is the best place for a large party. They take reservations on Friday & Saturday nights only. The evening was perfect and the white lights made the night magical! Service was outstanding and the food is always delicious. This is our go to spot!

   Outdoor eatery connected to Doc's hot springs hotel and spa. Specialties in New Mexican food. The grilled fish tacos were outstanding.

    Nice cool covered patio and outdoor space. Service a little slow and wine prices way too high. But delicious southwestern food. My bf’s bowl was awfully small but good. My tacos were great. We shared a piece of pie. Very tasty but not enough gluten-free options.
