House of Benny's is always on point. The food is predictable. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. It is hands down our favorite breakfast spot to go to in the Youngstown area.

Absolutely unacceptable service . We had a reservation for 1pm with no one taking our order or acknowledging our table for over 40 minutes . An hour and a half later we were asked if we in fact still wanted our order .. the waitress was extremely unapologetic and kept telling us we had options to leave . If there was an emergency with staff this needed communication well before making costumers wait over an hour in half before even cooking our order. When we stated we would stay ; our meal was met with listening to staff use the F word to describe how their day was going and how none of them were willing to work over their shift . Very unprofessional!!!

The food is always amazing I love it. Unfortunately the past 2 times we have had the same server. She is unfriendly, doesn’t check on the table often, and on this visit it took her 30 minutes to bring hot sauce to to the table.

Our first visit, and definitely not our last! My Gyro Salad was delicious, and my husband really enjoyed his Maple Sausage Benny. The watermelon mint tea was also a treat! Great service, too!

We wait 45 minutes and our server still hasn’t taken our order. At 12:30, we just left and went to a different restaurant.
