We really want to like Houlihan’s, the food is quality. However, it is always hit or miss on service. Today we waited an hour for our meal and the food arrived cold. The waitress did not offer to refill our drinks. Makes us think twice about returning. Wish there was some way they could train their employees on service because the food is quality.

Food was good and the young lady serving was great. A previous time we came there was an issue with bringing the wrong soup to us. This time the soup never made it and the sweet potato fries were late. How difficult is it to make tomato bisque, and have it at all much less before the main meal? Everything else was enjoyable.

Brendan was a great server, attentive, but not intrusive. He answered questions about the menu and was very helpful. We got to be in the private dining room, so we didn’t have to talk over the music in the main dining room. The food was delicious.

Food was only mediocre. Mashed potatoes and meat were both over salted. Could not even eat the food at the restaurant. Mention to server and nothing was done. Server did not mention to the manager about the issue. Really wanted to like this place, but food was bad.

We did get polite service, but not as attentive to refills. The table was beside the door all the servers used to wait outside tables, so there was wind off that a lot. We asked that the door be propped open, which helped. The food was good, only mine had a very small piece of salmon. The rest of the party had plenty of food though. They ordered burgers, fries, fried fish, french dip sandwiches, whereas I was eating low carb.

Little disappointed in the food last night. My dinner (salmon and spaghetti squash) was warm at best and my friends asparagus was over cooked and under seasoned. Food is normally very good at Houlihans. Service was great - seated immediately and our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

There was a wait for the food, as it was Mother’s Day and the place was full. But they brought us an appetizer on the house and gave us coupons for free entree and appetizer another time. Food and service were fabulous!

This was our second time dining. First time was nice, second time there could be some improvement. Our food was ice cold, our server was sweet but once she was given a huge party no refills nor anyone in sight to ask for what was needed. Will give grace though.

First of all, all of us got cold food. I’m ok with warm, but it was cold. The blue cheese truffle steak had a lot of fat and gristle. Asparagus was good, but again, cold, and only 5 spears. Same for the bourbon glazed salmon. Fish tacos were supposed to have chipotle Mayo on them, but instead had some kind of horseradish sauce. 🤢 Sweet potato fries-cold. Mashed potatoes were simply not edible. They were very sour, like sour milk. Server said they had buttermilk in them. This should be noted on the menu. I never would have ordered them if it had. I left hungry after my 5 spears of asparagus and very small piece of salmon (since I couldn’t stomach the potatoes). Certainly not worth what we paid, even with a $10 coupon. I will say our server was great, but overworked with all the tables she had. We probably won’t go back.

It was a little to dark in the dining area which mad for some tripping hazards such as black high chairs.

We waited 45 minutes to be sat for our 6:30p reservation. Hostess not very friendly & didn’t keep us updated, we finally checked in after 35 minutes with her

Great service by Paula & Amanda! Food was fantastic! We sat in a booth and the seat was not very comfortable- very well used seat cushion. The Valentines deal was ok but could have been better dollar wise. All in all, I'd do it all again because of the food!!

Everything was fine. Food was good for the price. Staff was friendly. They were quite busy and it was pretty noisy for a business meal.

One of the dishes did not arrive and was either taken by another server or forgotten about. It had to be made, so one person had to wait for their meal while everyone else ate. Everyone’s food was not even lukewarm once it came to the table. The server was nice, but didn’t stop by the table a lot. The manager did apologize for the mix up and offered a free dessert for the missed meal. A bit pricey for for what I felt was moderate food.
