   My sisters and I went to lunch at Houlihans on St Patrick’s Day. The food was very good, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was festive! We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return.

   We stopped in for an early dinner. I had the Houlihan cheese burger with sweet potato fries, and my wife had the southwest chicken wrap with fries. Both were delicious. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

    We elected to sit in the bar area this trip, as there were still about 30 min left on the HH specials. Seemed the bar area and tables was understaffed for the HH period, and it took a while not just to get our table cleaned off (I had to ask one of the bartenders) but also to get our drinks. Once we got going, everything (as the HH waned) was smooth and friendly, and both bartenders/servers were accommodating and cordial, checking on us regularly. Food and handling has always been very good here, regardless if we sit in the bar, the restaurant or outside in warmer months. We will continue to be back at this location.

    Gave this place a second chance after a bad experience at the end of December. I made a reservation and were seated in a “nook” booth with horrible lighting. Took a while for our server to come over . She ended up being fine, but again my drink order confused her. This was this issue the last time- the server could not get my drink order right. After a rocky start it turned out fine. The shrooms were as delicious as ever. Our soups and our entrées were good too (chicken parmigiana and fish and chips). They honored our $20 coupon from the manager for our unpleasant last visit. Overall, they need some better training for the servers and they need to step it up on the pace of the food.

    We took in a movie and decided to have dinner at Houlihans. First off, our server Quinten was spot-on and very personable. Our meal was great as well. We had an order of the stuffed shrooms, which are always delicious. My wife had the southwest chicken wrap, she loved it. I had the filet, rare plus, it was done perfectly. All too often, steaks come too well, tonight that was was not the case tonight. It was a very enjoyable time out.

    We had great food and the waiter. Where is very welcoming. The noise level was very high, which made it a little difficult hear what people were saying. The appetizers and the entrée came out at the same time. Happy hour is a good value. We live in the neighborhood, so we frequent the restaurant fairly often.

    The endless soup and salad was really good. The service on this trip was extremely bad. Which is rare for this location. I guess everyone has a bad day. The manager was really helpful, and she diffused the situation and set things right.

    It was very busy and the wait and kitchen staff was having trouble keeping up which seems to be the norm these days at a lot of understaffed restaurants but it was still a great experience and great food.

    Houlihan’s was my favorite restaurant for me and my girlfriend (now my wife)in the late 1980’s This location brought back so many fond memories for us. This location made a perfect date night for us and a pleasant evening.

    We decided on an early dinner after running errands. We entered and were immediately seated. My wife had the chicken wrap and fries. She loved it. I had the Sedona shrimp and pasta, it was also delicious. We really like dining here.

    We usually love their chicken Asian salad but this time it was a new chef and it was too spicy! Then we ordered one to take home for my mum and that was very spicy too so she couldn’t eat it!! Train the new chef’s better please!!

    Let me just start by saying that our server, Iahna, was amazing, attentive, quick, kind, patient and understanding. She was extremely busy, which seemed to be due to short staffing, but still provided fantastic service. Using a reservation, we were sat quickly in about 10 min but noticed the restaurant was short staffed so we assumed there could be a wait for service which there was not. Iahna was on top of her game! She greeted us quickly, and brought our drinks. I ordered a white sangria and when I tasted it, it was extremely sour. I asked if I could have something else and without batting an eye she said ABSOLUTELY! We ordered our meal with appetizers and soups, all came out very quickly. Everything was delicious. The only thing we can complain about is that it was FREEZING in the restaurant. We, along with many other patrons, had to sit and eat with our coats on.

    All I can say is that it was just OK. We had Fish n Chips and while the fish was good, the portion size was small and there couldn't have been more than 10 fries on my plate. Not a good portion size for the cost. Very overpriced for what you get. $17 for a plate of nachos that were just OK. Service was not good as all of our glasses were empty and not refilled through the whole meal and I had to suck on ice chips. Same old excuse about being short staffed.

    It took a while for someone to acknowledge we were there, after being seated (not sure if there was some confusion as to whose table it was or not, but it seemed like it). But Kelli took care of us, did not rush us, and she checked in at regular intervals. The scallops which my wife ordered were very good, but the asparagus which was supposed to be in the risoto was very scarce. She found that disappointing since it was the vegetable that accompanied the meal. The salmon I had was cooked perfect, but at 5 oz, it could have been just a bit larger even for a few $$'s more. We had the eggrolls as an app, plenty to share for two people, and very tasty. Highly recommend those. Drinks remain reasonably priced at Houlihan's, unlike many restaurants in the area who have overcharged since the pandemic. We will be back.

    After a long day of Christmas shopping, we popped in for dinner. We frequent this location frequently because it is convenient, the food is always really good, and the wait staff is always friendly and attentive. This evening was no exception, Quentin did an exceptional job.
