    We went for lunch on a busy Father’s Day Sunday. The wait was short, the waitress was good,the food tasty, and best of all we could hear each other talk because it wasn’t too loud. Fun memories. Rachel was a good waitress.

    Server was non existent. Empty drinks, dirty dishes everywhere. Missing dressing for salad. Doesn’t really feel like anyone working really cares. Server approached table at one point with a handful of another tables dirty dishes. For as expensive as everything is these days, I just wish more restaurants cared enough to realize we are choosing to go out to eat and we are picking their establishments. Train your people and put in the effort.

    We came to celebrate my husband‘s birthday just the 2 of us and get our favorite meals, our server Ricki was wonderful, attentive, pleasant and had the best smile each time she came to our table!

    It is always a great dining experience when eating here. I got my usual atlantic salmon dinner, and it was delicious as always!!!

    Easily accommodated our group of 13. Service was excellent and not a single error on food or bill. Oh, and we she gladly broke our group bill into 6 separate checks. Exceeded my expectations. Will be back!

    Portions are smaller than before and prices are up. Very noisy. Food debris on floors. Waiter was nice. Blonde girl at front desk check in was indifferent. I reserved a table the day before for the birthday visit and was seated at a tiny table for dinner. Seriously? There were better tables open. If you reserve a table in advance then you should be given better accommodations. Can’t say that I will visit Houlihans again any time soon. Been at the restaurant many times before over the years but this was by far the worst experience. It was like we were just another number, not a valued returning patron.
