They are obviously as short staffed as most restaurants are today but our server was very good and we were happy with our service and food.

My food was great. Laurie was our bartender she is the best. Only one conplaint was ladies restroom,it needs to be checked often. Trash cans needed to be emptied and replenish paper towels. Loved atmosphere in bar area
Service was terrible as usual. Asked to sit in bar area, not at bar. Was seated at bar and service could not have been worse. Fries were cold. Hostess was rude as usual for this place. My wife refuses to go again.

We like to eat here because of the great fajitas and when we get a waiter or waitress to serve us the way we like. That meaning not getting slammed all at once with food.
Our server was very nice and efficient. The food was really good. One of the few places here in Cherry that serves vegetarian food and we'd go back again. They have a good variety of items.

Lovely wait staff, but be prepared for a wait. It seems like theres not enough kitchen staff to handle the volume of tickets coming in. To be fair, it is the beginning of reopening efforts, just be warned.
Re: food - One can argue Houlihans is not for healthy eating, but every salad listed has meat in it! It was bizarre. I'm sure things can be made without meat, but it would have been nice to see a couple of really healthy, meat free, diary free options. Happy to see the impossible burger and a veggie burger on the menu, a step in the right direction, maybe air-baked fries will come next and almond milk for coffee?
Last- GPS... We were visiting from out of town. My in-laws were with us but took a separate car. Despite entering the same address, our gps took us in different directions. We arrived on time, our in laws were 10 minutes down the road and needed to reroute. I mentioned this to the waitress and she said that happened to her before.
I’ve gone to Houlihan’s plenty of times in the past and have never had such poor service. I haven’t been there in over two years. When we were seated we waited about 15-20 minutes before we were even greeted by a waitress. By the time she came, I decided to give our entire order in hopes to speed up the process. That did not work. It took another 15 minutes for her to bring drinks. After we got our appetizer, we didn’t receive our main course for another 30-40 minutes or so, and we only had an order of wings. Sadly, I am not exaggerating the times. When we received our food, some of it was cold and some was warm. Ridiculous. I asked her to refill three drinks, and 10 minutes later she sent back ONE drink with a different waitress. She never came back to check on us. We had to get assistance from the other waitress who was very helpful. Then we waited another 25 minutes for our original waitress to check on us... well after we had finished our meal. When we asked her for the check, we decided to pull out cash because we didn’t want to wait another 20-30 minutes for her to run the credit card. She literally wasted our whole afternoon and served us cold food.
We used to love going there however this experience was horrible. Plates hot but food not. It was obviously warmed in microwave. Waited half an hour for the food.
Filet mignon was well over cooked but after waiting half an hour we just ate it. Fries were warm, the bun on the burger was stiff.
Our waitress was not as attentive as we would like. She only stopped by the table to drop of the food but we also had to wait a long time to get any service. We didn’t have any settings or cups of water while we waited. I believe I said that the reservation was for a special occasion but it lacked any attention from service. We ended up taking our desserts to go because we were so tired of waiting. We saw people who arrived after us get their food before we even got to put in our order. I’ve had better experiences prior but today was very upsetting.
It was the first dinner in over fifteen months with our couples group. We arrived at 6pm but did not leave until after 9:30pm because service was that slow !!!! Our waiter was pleasant enough but he definitely was not experienced. Each course took longer than the last, ending with the weakest coffee any of us have ever tasted. To make matters worse, we were then charged for thirteen cups of coffee, rather than the four crappy cups we had (waiter did correct this when we pointed the error out). Food was mediocre at best. We were all very disappointed. We had all be looking forward to dinner.

A good time
Service was lacking compared to last visit, place seemed understaffed, bartender was waiting on tables, intervals to table seemed longer than usual, the restaurant was busy but not crowded, looked like crew was at minimal scheduling, needs to be addressed, margaritas were packed with too much ice and too much margarita mix, (I used to work in the "biz"), chicken fajitas could have been grilled longer, salmon was fair.
Drinks took a long time to come out, server kept saying sorry we’re short handed. Dinner delivered and never received appetizers we ordered. Not sure I’ll return

Our server was very friendly and tried her best to check on us more often but we noticed she was doing everything... bartending, server,etc . Enjoyed the happy hour. My only complaint was our table was so sticky and crumby... my glass

Server was a little off his game. Very slow but the food was cooked perfectly!
Felt that management was poor. They left a new server to fend for himself when he clearly was struggling. There was a problem with my bill, and it was not properly rectified.
Had a problem with over cooked burned food but I did speak with the manager who replaced my meal as a take home platter since the guest I was dining has completed her meal before they were able to bring a new entrée to me. Very disappointed. I felt Mgr should have offered me a salad or appetizer ( something to eat ) as I sat and wished my family eat their dinner. Oh well..

My girlfriends birthday
The tables were smelly and sticky. The employees were really nice and the food was ok but not great
We waited 40 minutes to find out that the wine we ordered was not available. Another 15 minutes to find out that the next set of wine that we ordered was also not available. Server was sweet, but she should have found out what was available since apparently there was an issue with their wine stock. The food was fine. Everything took forever so maybe they were short-staffed. The server apologized at the end, but we felt ignored over and over again (we had to stop her each time)
She never came over to see if we needed anything. We hate to be ignored!
We had an enjoyable evening! The service was good and the food also! They had a special on the menu Margaritas and the Top Shelf Margarita was delicious!

Service was horrible. Manager walked past us after an hour of waiting for burgers . She never even asked us if we were ok. They overcharged our credit cards. The bathrooms were disgusting. The table next to us also complained about horrible service.
