   Both my husband and I ordered from the Prix Menu which states choice one appetizer, one main course and one desert from this menu for $21.99. My husband ordered the 4 oz filet and I ordered the scallops over risotto. Our server stated that both choices had a $4.00 surcharge, was that "OK?". We agreed but thought it shouldn't be included in this Prix menu if it wasn't $21.99. Other than that the food was good (as expected), it has been awhile since we came here but the food was still as expected. The server was very attentive. It was a quiet evening beings it was 4th of July weekend. It's usually a bit noisy but we are fine with that.

   The service was excellent, the bathrooms were disgustingly dirty, and the food was awful. My husband and I eat there regularly, and the food has been going downhill. The stuffed chicken had no stuffing, and the turkey club that my husband ordered was a soggy mess with bacon so overdone that you couldn’t even chew it. We felt like we were getting whatever was left over in the kitchen because they were closing at 9 o’clock. It was bad enough that we probably will not return

   Shrooms were very good and the Mozzarella app was fantastic. The nachos were a little disappointing unfortunately. The salmon was okay and the chicken fingers were okay. I will be back for that Mozzarella app…

   My daughters 14th birthday. Our server Brianna I think her name was was phenomenal. Absolutely wonderful. The good however was “ehh”. Like borderline garbage.

   When we were seated and asked if we wanted any beverages, my sister requested a coffee to which our server stated that they didn’t have any. How does a restaurant, who serves dessert, doesn’t have coffee?? She settled for water. Other than that, service was good and the food was tasty.

   Service was great, food and dessert never disappoint, but the coffee maker was broken? It’s a restaurant. I understand the coffee maker was broken, but you need to replace it immediately. No excuse!!!

    ORDER WAS WRONG FOR ONE AND THE CHICKEN WAS DRY ON THE OTHER. FOOD WASNT AS GOOD AS LAST TIME. MIGHT BE A LONG TIME BEFORE WE RETURN.

    This is one of our favorite places to eat! The nachos are the BEST - especially when made FRESH!! Service is always friendly and accommodating. Due to staffing- it maybe a little slow - but the FOOD is DELICIOUS and DEFINITELY worth the wait. Our other favorites- potato soup, Brentwood chicken, Tuscany Chicken, Pot roast, the veggie burger, fajitas and wings and things platter.

    Our waiter Dylan was super fabulous. Food was great, a little slow to get out, but we totally understand, as short staffed everyone seems to be. Dylan kept us happy and entertained while we waited. Thanks everyone!!!

    After being seated, we waited 15 minutes to even be greeted and put in a drink order. Half way through the meal, my husband requested some ranch dressing and my children both requested another drink. The dressing never came and the drinks took another 15 minutes. Then we waited 12 minutes for boxes for our leftovers. The desserts were taking a while so the waitress asked the manager to check on them. The mgr brought the desserts but we still hadn’t gotten boxes so we had to wait for him to bring them. And after all of that we were still charged 100% of our meal. Not even a 5% discount for the terrible wait times and the horrible service. I understand being short-handed and it being a holiday, but patrons should be given some form of corrective action to encourage them to return.

    We like to go out on Mother's Day but many restaruants have fixed menus and they rush you in and out. Houilhan's had the regular menu and we weren't rushed. Great experience.

    Wait time for appetizers and dinner was long. Food was room temperature. Waited 15-20 minutes to receive check. Staff was pleasant but overall service could have been better. Might return again in future.

    Went to dinner for my moms birthday, we had a reservation. When arriving we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. After 5 minutes we asked when we would be seated and the hostess looked as if she was annoyed that we were an inconvenience. From that moment we wanted to leave. As a hostess, they are the first person you see when you walk into a restaurant. She did not make us want to come back!

    I made a reservation for six people and requested a round table. When we got there there was a large party that took priority over us . A round booth was available which was. It an option for me because I needed a chair due to some back issues. Luckily our server Lori made it work for us and was able seat us at a booth and provide a chair for me.

    Delicious appetizers. Spaghetti Parmigiana is the best. Very wonderful and clean atmosphere. Shirley Temples are delicious. it would be wise to make reservations for weekend meals.

    Well the tables were sticky, like really sticky. They never gave us silverware and we had to ask for it. And the food was good but not the best. Kind of bummed. It was edible but I’ve had better.

    We ordered a chicken & avocado eggroll that was cold, soggy and generally gross. We just wanted to have a drink and an appetizer to celebrate something. We live VERY close to Houlihans and every few years we go back to see if it’s better. And it never is. It’s ashame because we want to come there and spend money but no one cares about the quality or cleanliness.

    I was very much looking forward as advertised, the "corned beef and cabbage". Very disappointed when they came back and said they were all out but would I like a Rueben instead. I said sure (figured they were all out of cabbage. They came back and said they were all out of "corned beef. Third choice was a "French Dip" which I really did not want. Although it was good I was disappointed. I mean, St Patrick's dinner specials were for four days not two. Service was great. They should have had enough ordered for the full four days not two.

    The meal was OK, hough the menu is a bit limited. We went prior to a show at the theater. Server was a bit overloaded but we finished in plenty of time.

    Sat on a high top in the bar and waited 15 minutes for a server. The wait for food was excruciating. The martini s did not come with a sugar coated rim. Whenever I go to Houlihans, I wonder if the service could be any worse. It always is!
