Classic Organic Spinach Dip with Cheesy Lavosh
Served with crisp lavosh pizzette topped with tomatoes, pepper jack cheese and fresh cilantro.
Nice happy hour. Kitchen service was slow due to staffing issues but bar service was quick. All food and drinks were very good.
Great food. Excellent service!
Took over one and a half hours to have lunch with just three of us, we all ordered hamburgers-all three orders (when they finally came out) were wrong. Also could not use our Landry’s gift card, which was one of the main reasons we went there.
We made a reservation for 5:30 on Mother's Day. We were seated in a reasonable time. We ordered quickly and our drinks & appetizers came quickly. That's the end of the good I can say about it.
After that, we waited almost another 1.5 hours until our food was served. Our server came by exactly ONCE during that time. We had no refills on our drinks, no free appetizers or snacks to tide us over until our food came out. Absolutely NOTHING. No visit from a manager.
We made an early reservation because it was a Sunday and I have school-aged children. We figured we would be done by 7 to get them home and bed to a reasonable time. By the time our food was served around 7:45, we essentially rushed a few bites, packed up and go home.
I was in tears for Mother's Day. It was so awful.
Was a good meal. Everything was tasty and the service was fast and friendly. The potato soup was really good. Will recommend and return.
Thank you! sheila (our waitress) for making our first trip dining in again a great night! 😍
Always a great meal with adult beverages!
Service was amazing snd the food was excellent, as we’ve come to expect!
As always enjoyed dinner. More noisy as restrictions lifted but great food at reasonable prices.
Houlihans has always been a good "go to" place to eat. The food is good as well as the service. But like all businesses they have been impacted by Covid so it was a little less, on the whole, of what we're used to. I won't go into the details because this experience is not the good service we usually get. Only one thing REALLY bugged me and that was getting served my burger and fries without any ketchup. Has never happened before, but they seemed to be short staffed and mistakes are made, but how the heck can you serve a burger without ketchup??? Had to ask for it and it was promptly brought over. No big deal. Otherwise, the experience was fine.
Everything was great!
Corned beef Reuben was absolutely DISGUSTING. Corned beef was thick and chewy and very skimpy. We will not be going back to Houlihans in the future. This was the 2nd time we had a DISGUSTING meal there. The last time we ordered salads and they looked as.if salads left from other patrons was put on plates and served to us
NOT AT ALL A FAN OF HOULIHANS!!!!!!!
Had a reservation for Valentine’s Day and found out upon arrival it was closed. No notification, call or email to alert of the closing. They closed at 3 and the reservation was for 7 pm. Very disappointed, would come here regularly.
Always a fine meal at reasonable cost. A local gem.
This is the second time we were seated on the bar side and found that the service was not as good. The waitress/bartender is not around as much. We ended up asking the people who brought our appetizers and entrees for appetizer plates, condiments, refills since that seemed to be how we could get the items we needed.
Have been going here for years, always a good meal. Menu is now cut down , understandably due to pandemic, but am missing some of the things I usually order. Service was very slow despite there being very few occupied tables. Will prob hold off until things improve to go back.
Service was slow. 15 minutes to take a drink order; another 15 to get the drinks. 45 minutes to tell us there were no more baked potatoes. Food was relatively cold when it came out. The manager comped us one meal. No reason you shouldn’t have enough staff working when you are seating less people. Obviously not enough kitchen help or servers working.
We had Jeremiah as our server and he is amazing. He brought us drink refills before our drinks were even empty. He brought out condiments before we got our entrees (which is a plus since I don’t like to wait for condiments while my food is getting cold). Jeremiah’s attentiveness is a huge plus which enhanced our dining experience! The food was good too!
Our usual dishes were different this time and not as good. New chef???
We go there every year on Christmas- we are so glad they are open especially this year ! The staff was so wonderful and hard working and the food and drinks were so good ! Thank you so much !
Best food and service in town!
That's what we like to hear! Thanks for joining us. Joseph Pinto - Manager
Great place for a casual family dinner
My favorite place to go , professional and courteous staff, excellent selection of food that is delicious every time no matter what I order. Highly recommend that you visit the restaurant if you have never been at Houlihans in Bridgewater
Fantastic food and service. It was Thanksgiving and we were not rushed throughout our dinner.
Excellent experience all around’
Never got to go in. This location closed for evening and did not call to warned us that they had to close early.
Houlihans confirmed my table confirmation on 11/10,and when we showed up they were closed! AWFUL
Previous visits were better than this time.
Food was just okay. They seem understaffed as
Bartender had to serve our table.
Not a big deal as we are regular patrons for years.
Sabrina, Melissa and Brett were great.
The food at Houlihans never disappoints. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. I love how Houlihans supports different causes and a portion of your cocktail/ meal/ special goes to the cause. Keep up the great work!
Food and service were good. The salad came out at the same time as the entree. It took a while to get ketchup for our fries.
Went for lunch - menu was great even thru CoVid when everyone has a limited menu they still have a ton to choose. I ordered Ahi Tuna which was cooked perfectly and French onion soup. The soup was disappointing as it had zero onions in it. Was basically beef broth with a small price of mushy bread and covered with cheese. Our server was sweet but I think she was forgetful. We had to get our own silverware and napkin there was no water offered or brought out. Not sure if this was due to CoVid or not. Overall Houlihan’s is a pretty good place
Great service—excellent quality at a good price!
Service was extremely slow. Not the server's fault. Kitchen badly understaffed.
They are understaffed and unable to keep up with the limited customers they have. We waited well over an hour for our food. We were a party of 5 with a child. They gave priority to their delivery orders and did nothing to let us know about it up front.
The food was cold and the alcohol beverages were watered down.
Delicious as usual. Spinach dip was spot on. Stuffed chicken one of the best menu items!
Had the Prix fix menu. Just enough food to satisfy all your cravings. What great choices. I hope you keep this around.
We're so glad you enjoy our made-from-scratch menu items. Thanks for the feedback, and we look forward to serving you again soon!
The waitress was surly and difficult. She got the order wrong and refused to acknowledge her mistake. The salmon was dry and burned as well. The menu is limited, and there were very few diners in the restaurant, so I'm not sure why they couldn't get it right. My dining companion remembered that this waitress had acted this way before and that our food was overcooked as well. Seems Houlihan's doesn't really care about their customers any more.
Not as good as usual. Service was slow even though they didn’t seem that busy. Two out of three dinners were fine. But I ordered fish and chips. They came out soggy and not good, probably because they sat under warmer for too long. We had waited awhile for our dinners to come out. When I said something to server all she said was sorry. In the past if something wasn’t right, a manager would always come over to talk about it. I was disappointed this visit.
