   Awful. We waited for 15 min while the staff ran around arguing (about what?)only four tables with four workers available..... and they could not decide whether to seat us or not. I explained we had a reservation through open table.... the staff continued to argue. The bartender noticed we were being neglected, and suggested we just seat ourselves. Nightmare avoided, we left!

   Took my walking group there for the London Broil special. Excellent food, accommodating servers, great pre-dinner happy hour all made for a very special meal. A wonderful experience. Thanks!

   We ordered salads and the stone-oven pizza. -Great salads. -The best pizza I've had in Venice, FL. A terrific dining experience. My compliments to the cordial and competent staff.

   Went for their Easter Brunch buffet. Food on buffet was comparable to a cheap hotel with a free breakfast. Nothing made fresh. All brought in and just heated up. Twice we got up from our table and returned to find our table cleared entirely, napkins included. When we arrived we were seated in the far back corner at a wood table with out a table cloth. The room was about one forth full with many empty tables all with tablecloths. When we asked if we could have one of those we were told they were reserved, although we had reservations made a week in advance and the tables sat unused the whole time we where there. Needless to say we won't be back.

   When we arrived they were not expecting us. We had a party of 12. Stated they were having a problem with Open Table. They did accomadate us. Food was excellent. Service average.

    I have brought a group there the last 3 years. They are models for our fashion show at holiday park in Englewood. We shop early at TJ maxx then head there for our lunch....last year I had called and made reservations ahead and checked twice and thought everything would be set up. Well the waitress was surprised and rude at first at serving! This time I used your on line to make the reservation even got a text message from you and thought everything was ok. But when we got there same thing. Jody was completely off guard and had a look ,but she did worked through it later explained that they no longer use that site....and she did give us good service! Poor manager there. Will probably not go back next year. Do not get it ,we are the only ones there you would think you would do better to serve groups for the atmosphere is very nice for groups to talk...... Plus my co chair and I had the grill chicken sandwich and was difficult to cut it up very dried out but we did not complain. Issues need to be solved before I call for next year probably will try somewhere else. 4 th time will probably not be any better for lunch Linda Streitenberger
