Great service. Excellent food. Wonderful environment and ambience.
Food is solid, but not anything to write home about. Server had a couple memory lapses, which to his credit he owned, but it did impact the overall experience.
We love this restaurant !! The food is so incredible . The service is spot on. The neighborhood feel keeps us coming back.
Like an old friend, dining at Horseradish Grill is inviting and rewarding. The occasion was a birthday celebration for a friend who had not dined at Horseradish Grill. He was delighted with my choice and will be returning.
Neighborhood southern style restaurant right next to Chastain Park.
Haven't been here in years as we moved away from Atlanta. Enjoyed being back and dining at HG. Always enjoyed the food and was not disappointed this last visit!
Years ago was Red barn , now horseradish great place Good food , service great and the best thing is the wine list just right.
We’ll be back soon .
Perfectly fine restaurant, although menu is a bit dated and decor even more so. I understand this will all change in 2020 when the new owners will update everything - especially the bathrooms!
All staff very nice. Food and beverages were nicely prepared and the menu had a good variety of options.
Wonderful dinner! Will come again!!!!!
Was extremely noisy. Couldn’t talk, and the people sitting at the other end couldn’t converse.
The food was good, not great.
Server was friendly and helpful but not as attentive to details
Always a good choice. The location is convenient even when coming from midtown. The outdoor area is lovely and the inside is so unique. You will enjoy a delicious meal with attentive staff. Love it!
Good was outstanding. Service on the patio was casual with a tad bit of out of sight, out if mind.
Our reservation was for 7pm and we arrived at 6:30. They were able to seat us almost immediately.
It was noisy inside, especially near the bar but we ate outside where is was quiet and comfortable.
My lamb chops were cooked to perfection and my wife enjoyed her soup and salad.
Always a great meal in a great setting. Horseradish Grill is a true neighborhood gem.
Had a great meal and a few drinks prior to a show at the amphitheatre. Best grouper I've had in Atlanta in a long time. Wife enjoyed the skillet fried chicken. We sat in a booth in the bar, so occasionally was a bit loud, but business was brisk and that's to be expected in a bar. We'll definitely visit again.
Visited the Horseradish Grill before our concert. As a party of 8, I was quite impressed by the level of attention and efficiency our server was able to provide. Excellent food and outstanding service! Can’t wait to dine with them again.
Great dinner with a great restaurant
Always good food and excellent service! Great atmosphere and quiet...
Wonderful date night outdoors, and the food was great!
With new ownership, the food is still phenomenal - - but the service was not what I'm accustomed to there. Our server was inattentive. Y'all can do better.
I love Sunday brunch. I am always looking for places that do it right. Horseradish Grill does it just right! They honor reservations...the bar offers great Sunday brunch drinks...the menu ranges from eggs to chicken... french toast to steak...and all the Southern favorites - shrimp and grits, cathead biscuits, and, of course, pimento cheese. Grab a starter, have an entree but save room for dessert, whether it's pie, cake or its famous oatmeal spice cake (the four of us had three desserts and finished every drop). Great service and a dining experience pleasant enough to actually hear each other and have a conversation. Now that I've had brunch and lunch there, we will definitely go back for dinner. I took a look at the menu and am drooling!
Great - excellent waiter
It was quite "lively" when we arrived at 7:45pm on Friday night. Service was prompt and cheerful from Ben, who helped us all evening.
Calamari was outstanding, as were wedge and ceasar salads. Duck and steak were very tasty as well, given wood fired oven. Servings were plentiful.
Wine list was OK but we brought our own. Reasonable corkage fee.
All in a very nice night out. By the time we left volume had dropped significantly.
Pretty, warm, comfortable restaurant.
This is a old neighborhood favorite which will close at the end of the year and reopen next Spring under new ownership. Enjoy while you can.
We went for lunch. The menu was a little light on options, but all dishes were delicious!! Very quiet , which is rare these days so conversations were easy. Love the ambience! Only reason we didn't give it a 5 star is that the waiter seemed completely overwhelmed and we had to request things over and over and occasionally he would bring the wrong dish. Hopefully this was a unique situation as everything else was wonderful!
Once again an excellent dinner before our show at the Cadence Amphitheater. Parking is free for the restaurant, $15 if you leave your car after dinner to go to the amphitheater (walking distance). Other parking lots charge $20 to $25.
Alex waited on us. Superb service. Great evening. Hope new ownership (Aria) does not ruin this restaurant.
My wife and I enjoyed eating brunch at Horseradish Grill this past Sunday. We sat in the bar area, which is a lot quieter than the main dining room. The food, service and ambience are hard to beat.
The food was great and our server was so sweet and attentive. Always an excellent meal!
Our waiter was perfect, but his assistant who ran out the food was rude, rough and would make a great server at Fado’s or better yet, The Varsity.
Excellent. In every respect. As always. There is no restaurant more consistent and reliable in Atlanta—from the valet parking team to management.
Booth seat needed to be replaced...
Food was Delicious, but more expensive than we remembered it being the last time we were there.
Went here for a business lunch and really enjoyed ourselves. The food was excellent and the service was great. The outside is beautiful and we wanted to sit outside it was just too hot. They were just bought out by a new company so I do not know what is to come.
The horseradish Grill is one of our favorites! Great food, wonderful service and terrific ambience!!!!!
Honestly, we don't enjoy this place as much as we used to. Previously, this was our "go to" place for special occasions, but we have disappointed on our last several visits.
Last night my meat was overcooked and the mashed potatoes were a bit warmer than room temperature, but not much. We were guests of a dear friend and I did not want to make her feel uncomfortable, but on I different night I probably would have sent it back.
On three of our last four visits the meal did not live up to our expectations, especially for the price. We love the ambiance and the service is usually great, but the food has let us down more often than not. We keep going back and expecting the whole experience to be fantastic, but we'll get over that pretty soon.
Excellent flavor and service. Nice but not stuffy.
Horseradish needs to update their menu. Same old stuff is tiring.
